Hi Tiffany,
I read this book very recently. It had some "radical" thoughts for someone brought up in a conservative background and echoes a lot of the "cosmic ordering" thoughts (positive mind, positive outcome). Would be good to chat over it when you're finished - I got engorssed and read it within 24 hours!

Thank you so much Sez for your input. While just starting the book, I agree it does have that cosmic ordering feel to it. If you have ever read "The Secret" it gives me that kind of feel so far. I will keep posting on any other thoughts or questions I have while i am reading it, because for myself it is a bit confusing for me.

I tried reading it but for some reason could not get into it. This coming from someone who reads like crazy was weird for me.Maybe I just wasn't ready for it.

Hi Tiffany, I have read it. It's one of my very favorite books. I've read all three and most of Friendship with God.There are a couple of things that I'm not completely comfortable with but for the most part I really related well to it. As a matter of fact it was that book and one other that really has shored up my spiritual belief system.(The other is the Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra.) What about you though? Have you finished book 1 yet? What are some of your thoughts?

Tiffany: I read Conversations With God years ago and loved it. If I read something and it feels like the truth, then it is the truth for me and that is all that matters. If I struggle with it or cannot relate, then leave it and go on to something else. I watched the movie Conversations with God and did not appreciate it. I read the Teachings of Don Juan by Carlos Castenada and could not relate. I may not agree with all things I read, but I can often find something that rings true for me. The Baghavad Gita is beautiful. I don't understand half of it, but I love reading it. It is like a form of meditation. I hope you enjoy Conversations with God or take something of meaning for you from it. Blessings
