From the moment we are born there is a Guardian Angel specially sent to look after each and every one of us all the days of our lives. You only have to pray to your own very special Guardian Angel and ask for his help if you find yourself in need. I would strongly recommend you also confide your worries to your parents. They more than anyone will be able to guide and help you because they love you more than anyone else in this world. Problems which may seem a world to you right now will be halved if you share them with your parents or a family member and then everything will be well again. Those who love us have also been young and know exactly what you are going through .....so come on kiddo give them a chance.
