I know that this dream must have been distressing for you, when we dream anything that seems so outside of our normal behavior, especially if it is violent or bloody. When you take the different parts of the dream and look at them separately, it paints a different picture then the literal one that appeared before your dream eyes.
Lets look at it....
The women in the dream, is you, or rather an aspect of you. To see lungs in your dream, symbolize insight, creativity, and inspiration. Alternatively, lungs may indicate a stressful situation and refer to a relationship/situation in which you feel suffocated.
You are using a knife to stab at the women, now knives in dreams signifies anger, aggression and/or separation. There may be something in your life that you need to cut out and get rid of. Alternatively, the knife may be symbolic of something divisive in your life. You may be attempting to cut ties or sever some relationship.
Now, if the lungs were connected to insight and creativity, you may be for some reason trying to disconnect yourself from it, which to me doesn't make sense. I would rather think that it is more to do with a relationship/situation that is suffocating or stifling YOUR CREATIVITY. In your waking life, do you feel that you are not being allowed to give full flow to that side of you. This might mean you are doing a job that does not fulfill you and you would rather be doing something else. Or you are being weighed down by other priorities and responsibilities that are now allowing you to do the other things in life that mean a great deal to you. Often when we are torn in this way, we can feel guilty, and so will try and distance ourselves from this situation.
You wanted this women to die, and when she didn't started stabbing her all over again. Again, you are trying to kill off an aspect of yourself. Whatever your reasons are, I would say that this is an anxiety dream, and is simply a symbolic reflection of what is going on in your waking time. Think hard about your relationship with yourself, are you doing what makes you happy. Do you feel that you are hurting others or yourself by yearning for or to do something else?
