Hi everybody,
This seems to be my week for scary dreams, so here is another one..
I am in a house, I have with me some children, mine are out playing with some other kids, I have someone else's children with me.
One little girl wants me to read to her, but first of all we go outside, the house is surrounded by rolling green hills. Then all of a sudden, I see a huge surge of water come over the hills. I grab the little girls arm and manage to lift her up., somehow we find a boat to climb into.
We go into the boat to see if there is somewhere to sit, and wait, in the meantime, I cry out, for my own children who are lost out there, I hope someone has helped them. But the names I call out are not the names of my children but my two sisters, Sue and Sammy plus James, in real life I don't have a brother!! In the dream they are my children!!
Suddenly, ahead of us, I see the water is rising again, and it is coming over into the boat, I grab the little girl and tell her we must get out, otherwise we will drown in the boat. As I climb out, I realise that the little boat I had climbed into had become this huge huge tanker. A lid is coming down on the hull of the ship to seal it off, I just get out in time.
As I sit on the very top of the ship, all I can see is water, no sign of land. The boat I am on, is incredibly big, yet is dwarfed by the sea that surrounds it. Then again, I watch as the sea swells up again, building up into another tidal wave, that my boat cannot withstand, and I am so afraid, I cannot bear the thought of drowning and want to die before it happens. I watch as it swells up, even if we survive, the earth is covered in water, and we will all starve..

Yes,it's strange that you are having such scary dreams,Karen. Your higher self is definitely trying to work out something. What ever is your primary concern right now seems to need attention immediately.Prayer and meditation is the key I'm sure you'll resolve what needs to be looked after,Karen.Ask your guides to show you the way. Kaz, as I was reading this dream the story of Noah’s Ark came to mind… (No wonder with all the water…) and what a powerful message that story has for us… it is one of ‘trust’, ‘inner strength’, and ‘acceptance’; He had to whole heartedly put his ‘trust’ in God; He had to draw on his ‘inner strength and conviction as he built the art and others were laughing at him, etc. ; And when the whole earth was covered in water… as in your dream… he simply had to ‘accept’ god at his word that he and his family would be okay… Are you being asked to ‘trust’ and draw on your own ‘inner strength’ and ‘accept’ that you and your loved ones will be okay? Water, as you know represents emotions- so I’d say, there are a lot of emotions you are dealing with at this time in your life. Children to me represent both innocence and wisdom… in other words pure wisdom uninhibited by any limitations we place on ourselves. You are surrounded by this wisdom… call it intuition, spirit messages, or messages straight from God… you have this pure wisdom within you (as we all do). For you your dream is confirming this for you… let go of your doubts, and fears,… it is not your imagination… or at least not in the way mankind defines imagination. Imagery is how God speaks to us… look around … he speaks to us every moment. Images were the first form of written communication in man’s history… so how we’ve all but lost the understanding of imagery as once words came on the scene… but I’m not here to give a lesson in symbolism… let’s look at your dream closer. Your instincts in the dream keep you and the little girl safe (I believe the little girl is an aspect of yourself; the aspect that carries your pure wisdom)… notice you keep her safe with you throughout the dream… the three children you call out for… are not really your own children but rather they are three people that are tied to you in this emotional situation… the fact that you are reaching out to the child aspects of these people says you are appealing to their higher wisdom in this situation and hoping to find them there on that level… There is a part of you that knows the solution to what’s going on emotionally … can be worked out on a higher level… and you are seeking that higher level meeting … so to speak. Over and over again… you move from one boat to another… and always seem to escape the wave… your instincts are sharp… and you follow them without hesitation … in the end of the dream though you seem to be wavering… letting the fear grab hold… notice how your perception changes within the dream… you speak in present terms throughout most of it… as in I am, we go, I see, I watch, then you move into thinking mode… I cannot bear the thought… we will… then you wake… this is a good lesson for you to not allow yourself to get wrapped up in worry… there is no ‘will be’ there is only ‘I am’ … I believe the underlying theme here is… use your instincts, intuition, and your god given ‘pure wisdom’ … without question… to overcome whatever emotional turmoil you may be going through. Allow your emotions to flow… easily and gently… do not allow yourself to be swallowed up by the ‘swells’ … do not allow yourself to go into the worry or the ‘what if’ thoughts… that emotions seem to stir up in us. Put your trust in God. Thank you Kaz for sharing this dream with us and as usual… take what feels right and true for you and leave the rest… god bless! Silvia

Dear Silvia,
As usual, you are very wise, I will take on board what you have said.
I know that the way to deal with any situation is to try not to get caught up in the what if's, but sometimes, it is so very hard not too. We are taught, that acting on impulse without thinking about the consequences is a fool's game. I have to say that in my life, every time I have tried to pre empt problems by trying to forsee problems before the come at me, as not always worked out well. In fact, I have visualised the worse possible outcomes and have made some big errors in judgement because of it.
But what else are we supposed to do, it is only a fool who rushes in where angels fear to tread...that is what my Mum always used to say. I do have these water based dreams, especially as you say where deep emotions are involved, but I am a very emotional person, so it is difficult to try and seperate that from being rational, without over rationalising..lol if that makes sense!!!
I do have to trust in God as we all do that sometimes, we just have to go with the flow and know that we are always cared for. I was so afraid, of drowning, I had this massive boat, which I thought would protect me, but the sea was enormous and overwhelming.
I do wonder about the boy's name I called out with my sister's. I know my Mum had a couple of miscarriages, one was very late apparently. I wonder if they ever named this child, and I wonder if it was a boy?? What do you think??
Thank you so much for your interpretation, as always, it is insightful and compassionate..
Love and light Kaz

Kaz, acting on impulse is a fools game... however, acting on intuition is another game all together and very different. Impulse gives us a sensation of excitement with a touch of fear; that sense of 'taking a chance' otherwise known as 'gambler's fever' ... intuition comes in on calmer waters... you just 'know' you may not know how you 'know' you just do.... there is no fear with it... it is calm and most often very subtle. That's why we have to be quiet and still.. so we can hear it or feel it It so makes sense what you say about seperating our emotional state from being rational without over rationalizing... we scorpios know that 'catch 22' very well... lol. Anyone reading this who is not a scorpio would be I'm sure scratching their heads trying to make sense out of what you said.. lol. Nonetheless, we don't have to separate the two... we just have to learn to manage them better. This comes with practice... how you might ask? There are lots of little things we can do and with practice incorporate them into our lives... everyday; every moment; the difference between being religious and being spiritual is one believes and one experiences... can you guess which one does what? It has been said that believing is a cover up of insecurity... so if you are still in the believing stage... you are still having to deal with your own insecurities and fears... incorporating spiritual practice into our daily lives... or 'living what we know' ... always produces experiences from which we learn and expand our consciousness... so start small... here's a little something for you to try... seeing that 'judgement' is a big chip on everyone's shoulders... let's be aware and for today... go through the day 'not judging' anything ... just observe and notice how that makes you feel as you go through your day... if you catch yourself judging something or someone... (including yourslef)... stop it in it's tracks... and carry on... As far as the little boy's name... it could very well be is there a way could find out from your sisters?... are they older then you? ... or one of your aunts might know it's worth a look into... I better stop here or I'll end up writing a book.. lol. God bless, Silvia

Hi Silvia,
Yes, I recognise that catch 22 situation, so well......lol
I could over analyse for England....now I know why, its a Scorpion trait..lol
I am the eldest in the family Silvia, my eldest Aunt has now passed too, only my Auntie Peb in Australia left and she was the baby of the family. . I suppose I could ask my Dad, but I don't really speak to him, I haven't seen him for about 2 years now. I don't know even if he'd be willing to chat about it. I'd love to know though!!
I know my Mum always would have loved a little boy. She always said, she couldn't carry them, only girls. So I assumed from that the miscarriages she mentioned especially the late one that it was a boy. My Grandad's father's name was James, so it is a family name. My mum was named after his Mother Elizabeth..
If I have a difficult decision to make, I ask myself what I want to do, say there are two choices. I then observe, how I feel. The only problem is, instead of only asking myself how I feel about the two choices, and picking between the two, I should also ask, how not doing something would make me feel. If that makes sense, you can still decide which option might be the most sensible, but if you don't ask yourself, how you would feel, if you didn't go for the option, you'd decided against, you wouldn't truly know if the two choices are the best for you, maybe there is a third option..lol Now I've totally confused myself, and probably you..Silvia..
I'll leave it at that for now...
Love and light Kaz
