I remember only part of my dream...

I was sitting in a big room, there were many people there and we were all watching as my younger sister (i havent seen in over 10 yrs) was sitting up front facing all of us. I was off to the side watching this happen not sitting with the crowd. As my sister sat in the chair, hair all different colors, this woman worked on her...the woman was like a sorcerer....she was kinda tall and had a flowing dark colored robe on and had long dark wavy hair. As my sister sat quietly but slightly whimpering, the Sorcerer lady, who was also had dark skin, stood there with her arm up going in towards my sister and then back out, like she was pulling an energy from her. I feel like i was witnessing her getting negative energy out of my sis.

As i sat off to the side watching, the sorcerer woman would look back over at me from time to time as if to ask me was she doing this properly.....I would nod my head in approval. The whole room seemed excited as this process went on yet they stayed quiet as to let the Woman do her work. We could all see it was working.

Well, thats about it...I woke up and then fell back to sleep and this dream didn't continue. I would appreciate any thoughts on this, thanks!

In dream symbology a house and its different rooms represent aspects of the dreamers psyche. This room is large, indicating it is important to the dreamer. As there are many people in this room with you it might indicate it is a 'classroom' a place of learning.

When we dream of women in our dreams they are usually symbolic of an aspect of ourselves..your younger sister maybe representing a younger version of yourself, plus the fact that she is a family member may indicate that you feel the need to re establish contact with her again. If she has been on your mind a lot, maybe you should try and see if you can find her..10 years is a very long time!!!

It would appear even though it appears that she is receiving some kind of healing. I don't know if this is entirely true. In dream symbology Sorceresses are more connected with the negative side of the occult. Your sister, does not seem to be enjoying the experience, she is wimpering..it might indicate that in real life that she is in the grip of a situation that she is unhappy about and feels drained by it??? You also say that your sister's hair is different colours, can you remember what the colours were? They may be the colours in her 'aura', and if so, may give us more information about how she is feeling.

The dark haired women, again, could be an aspect of you, the side of you that feels drawn to learning more about the hidden, psychic world. But I am more inclined to believe that she may be someone that is actually in your sister's life now, who may not be a great influence in her life.

As this has an almost classroom feel about it to me, I feel that you are to learn the art of discernment, to look beyond the obvious.You say that watching you could see the women/sorceress pulling energy from your sister. You felt that she was draining negativity from her, she may well have been, as she represents a negative aspect. There is also the possibility as I have said that she is a drain on her..your sister.

How did you feel yourself when you were experiencing this dream, remember how you are affected by it is also a indicative of whether this dream is more negative then positive. If you woke feeling that your sister was receiving the help she needed, then I would say that symbolically the sorceress was draining negativity from her back into herself....If, you felt heartened and in good spirits, this would reinforce it. If on the other hand you woke up anxious about your sister, then it might indicate the opposite, that this is a negative influence currently in her life, that she needs help with. It could be anything from depression to addiction??

Thanks so much Kaz! Very intuitive i must say,,WOW

I woke up feeling happy and relieved actually that my being there to guide the sorcerer to continue helping my sister by relieving her neg energy. My sister left many years ago due to her drug addiction and left everyone else to raise her children, 4 of them. I am sure she is ashamed and embarrassed to contact any of us and is staying well hidden. I do think she is still using drugs and hanging out with very bad influential people.

But, i do feel i am trying to help her in a new way that i had never really thought i could before, Spiritually! Of course I have always prayed to God to help her and now i feel I am being directed to do it in this way...we shall see what comes of this and i will keep you posted.

Hi Ilona,

Sometimes, dreams come to alert us to changes, to prepare us in some way, you may have more dreams about your sister. Would be a good idea to keep a notepad and pen handy by the bed, just in case.

Don't rush into doing anything, just keep doing what you are doing, praying and sending out love and healing toward your sister. Ask that where ever she may be, that she receives love, light and protection and that she finds her way.

I am sure that in the coming weeks, you may receive news or make some kind of connection.
