jumping of boat

i get on some sort of boat, and then as it moves i realize i have forgotten something or haven't done something, and the women by my side tells me its not too late, but i'll have to jump off the boat into to the water, which most areas of it was very patchy, like all dark green and dark blue, with patches of fuzz and weed. at the point that i jump out, looking down at the angle, i some how feel like im in a plane, maybe the boat changed from boat to plane, im not sure, but im concentrating at looking at the water, thinking about how not very clean it is and how it might be really cold.. but it's the only way to go back she says, its my only chance, and its not a big deal, its as if she's done this many times before.
anyway, we jump into it, normal when i jump into something i get a horrible adrenaline rush that im falling for too long, but all i seem to remember is jus appearing in the water, but im probably did jump, it just must not of felt so extreme. so im in the water, and the women is somewhere guiding me, as im swimming through the dark blue/green water i feel things slipping on my legs as i swim and she calls out "the things you feel on your legs is just the weed!" I knew that anyway, but it was nice of her to re-assure me, as if she knew i had a fear of fish which i had since I was little. ( i was always scared than when i swam in dark water that a big fish like a shark would come from underneath me and eat me up, i still fear about this till this day which is a shame because i love the water very much.)
carrying on, we get back on to the side, and there is a chinese man waiting for us, I had no idea what was going on, but I trusted her for some reason, but at the same time i am puzzled because it was me who said i had forgotten something. anyway the chinese man guides us in, the women walks into a room, where they are sections of stones and waterfalls, and you go into each one and follow a ritual of some sort, it was very plain and simple. the only one i remember is putting both feet on a stone that was just as big as my feet put together, a light brown stone, the ones you see in spa's and things, it was clean, and i stood there watching my feet as the the small waterfall in-front and beneath me washed my feet, the water was neither cold or water, i didn't feel a temperature, just a little cleansing sensation. as i was doing this, the chinese man started speaking 2 me in chinese assuming i could understand, and as i had the chance to stop him, i spoke out and said "
I'm really sorry i dont understand!" and he smiled. I carried on.. "I can only speak french, and i understand a little spanish and italian" (which is fact by the way, as i am half french and studied other languages for a short period of time) and the chinese man simply laughed in a friendly way, as if he understood what i said in english, and smiled sympathycally.
after this, I'm trying to remember but I can't. I think the lady was doing other little cleansing rituals in this room and she was always one step ahead of me, guiding me.

Im curious to know what this dream means.. does anybody have any ideas? xx

When we dream of modes of transport, it is symbolic of how we make our way through life.The speed in which we travel indicating the pace in which our lives are moving forward. You are traveling upon the water so in this case a boat is the appropriate vehicle for this journey. Water in dreams represents the emotions, the deeper the water and the condition of the water gives us clues as to how you are feeling.

For a women to dream of a women it represents either an aspect of herself, or as I feel is the case in this instance she is your higher self. You feel that you have not done something and need to stop get out of the boat and into the water to resolve this. This indicates to me that what you have to deal with is related to your emotions. Some area in your life that needs to be looked at. Often we push anything that is emotionally difficult deep into the recesses of our minds. By getting out of the boat to get into the water, your unconscious mind is saying, you need to probe your feelings and deal with whatever you feel is unresolved before you can move on with your journey, your life!!

You describe the water as being dark green and blue. Green in the Chara system is connected to the heart area, it also symbolises growth. Dark Blue is connected to the throat chakra. This might indicate issues unresolved could be connected to a personal relationship, this could be with family or a previous partner. Maybe there are words that still need to be said. Only you can know if this is meaningful to you. Changing from a boat to a plane, would say that life is speeding up considerably for you. Your reluctance to delve into the water/emotions, is natural, self analysis of an emotional nature can be daunting. Especially, if it is something that is painful or difficult for you to look at.

You have courage as you jump in, your higher self is there encouraging you and supporting you. You trust this part of yourself, in waking life, you can connect with your higher self through regular meditation. The 'things' that you can feel slipping against your legs are symbolic of your fears. Many of us are afraid of being in deep water or feeling out of our depth. Just know that these things are only your mind projecting anxieties outward, fear only can hurt us if we let it, do not let your fear hold you back from moving forward.

Sharks are very powerful creatures, they represent again, your fears, you fear being, eaten up by it, be reassured this will not happen, you have the ability to overcome this fear, and move forward.

The Chinese man in your dream may be a Guide, as you say in your dream he guides you. He is there to take you forward into the next phase of your dream, your inner journey.

I feel that the stones in your dreams are representative of tablets, tablets of power. Ancient people's would revere stones, they would build monuments with them. You walk among them, moving forward in another sense these stones could also be symbolic of the obstacles you have encountered on your way. You are managing to navigate around them, going onward toward your destination. Waterfalls in dreams represent a washing clean, purifying the emotions, which would be very apt, in relation to the beginning of your dream. Your feet are being washed, I can visualise any fear or negativity having been drawn down through your body, and out through your feet. By cleansing the feet, the negativity is being washed away. In dreams, it does not matter, if we cannot understand something that is being said to us in a foreign language. Because you will understand it on a telepathic level. It is understanding intuitively what you are being told. Words are not really necessary. Yes you have said yourself, that these are cleansing rituals, but even if you had not said, they speak for themselves.
