Seeing snakes

Could anyone help me with this one, please?

I had this dream right before I started working for my new company. I was at a huge dinner event on the steps of the Government Center. It was dark and I was sitting next to my new boss, on his right side, with my computer. Then, I was in a convertible car with a college friend and we got to a road full of animals. The place reminded me of the garden of Eden and then I saw a fox. Then I saw a bridge covered in debris and three snakes, one on each side and wrapped in the bushes overhead. I didn't want to cross the bridge for fear the snakes would get into my car.

End of dream.

Starting a new job for anyone can be a time of anxiety and apprehension. Fear of the unknown, its like being the new kid at school. As with school, starting work is about how we fit in and often is representative of Authority. Your dream opens up in a Government Centre. This is the ultimate authority figure in some respects

You say that it is dark and your are sitting next to your boss. This may indicate that you are feeling in the dark as it were in what to expect from your new employer.

When a women dreams of a man, that man may represent her ideal, or a man who has qualities that she admires. Boss's or Managers represent Authority figures, or people who have an air of command and authority about them. They exude a confidence that people admire and they get things done. If they are good bosses they command respect, these are admirable qualities.

Sometimes, leadership requires a certain amount of ruthlessness and the desire to get ahead can cause people to ride rough shod over the feelings of others. So there is a mixture here, qualities to be admired and qualities to be wary of. Starting a new job, you obviously have a lot of things going through your mind, you may be wondering what your new job will be like and what your new boss may be like!!

To the right of you is your computer, computers can be symbolic of the mind/brain. How you operate, a tool to enable you do work quickly and efficiently. Computers are compartmental, files associated with different tasks. You computer being near to you would indicate to me that you are a methodical and orderly person. I would say that as long as you are organised in your approach to your work, you remain calm and in control.

A car in dream scape is symbolic of how we transport our self through life. A car has the ability to move quite quickly, you are with a friend, and you do not say if it is you or your friend that is driving the car. This is important, as the driver of the car, is the one who is in charge of how you travel and how fast your travel. In charge of their own destiny as it were. If it is you, then you are in charge of where you are going. If it is your friend, then you are allowing yourself to be taken along for the ride, and maybe letting them have more of a say in what you do then is helpful. A friend from college reminding you maybe of college days, and also that you may still have a desire to learn new skills, or improve the ones you have. In light of the new job, you may indeed feel that you could do with improving your knowledge to help you in your new work placement.

The road ahead is full of animals, animals in themselves can represent different things, qualities and traits. Depending on what they are. The fact that the road is full of animals would indicate to me, that you are a complex person, who has lots of different traits and qualities. I am sure they are all helpful to you, in your daily life

The Garden of Eden would indicate a place of beauty and relaxation. Flowers and nature also can be saying that you do need more relaxation in your life. Take time to stop and smell the roses You clearly have a lot on your mind, and life is moving at quite a fast past. This may be the unconscious mind reminding you that life is not all about work.

A bridge, is about moving from one phase of your life to another. The fact that there is debris blocking the bridge or covering it. Would indicate that there is work to be done in your life, either emotionally, or mentally before you are ready to move forward to the next phase. Snakes being nearby and on the bushes overhead may indicate that it could be to do with a relationship. For although snakes can indicate underhand dealings, or insincerity, my intuition tells me that it maybe to do with an emotional involvement. For snakes are also connected to our physical relationships.
