before you go to sleep at night .... ask to remember your dream... and make sure you have a pen and paper beside you so when you wake in the morning you can write down anythng you remember. At first you may not remember the whole dreams... just bits and pieces... but that is okay.. write them down anyway... those bits and pieces are important for you to remember... also you'll want to date the dream... Keep doing this every night/day... and you'll notice that more and more you are remembering more of your dreams ... Good luck and god bless! Silvia

Hi Jackie, Yes, very good advice from Silvia, keeping a notepad by the bed so that you can quickly jot down the main parts of your dream is definitely the best way of remembering. What I do, is tell my partner quickly on waking if I don't have anything close by to write it down on. That way at least he can remember some of it and once prompted its amazing what comes flooding back. A tip to when recording your dreams, is make a note of what time of the day it was. Was it in colour? How did you feel emotionally? All these things can add dimension and give more clue's as to what the dream was trying to tell you. Sweet Dreams Love and Light Kaz

Kaz and Silvia,
Thank you for the advice for remembering dreams. I think that everyone dreams at one time or another. I seem more times than not to wake and find that I can not recall even the tiniest fragment of my dream. In fact I find most times when I wake it seems like i am returning from a dark void. Any ideas?
Jackie,
I do hope Kaz and Silvia's suggestions help you remember many dreams in the future.
