I just wanted to share another of my meditation experiences with you all, because this one was wonderful. I dont know if you remember me telling you about my Russian grandfather, whom I thought was called Boris?
Well, last night when I was meditating, I felt him very close to me...oddly, I felt his strength and his manliness, and the fact that he is very dark and tall (although obviously these were his human traits and made it easier for me to visualise him as opposed to his spiritual traits)..I now know his name is Boris, and he is very strong and guides me often when I ask for help. I could hear his strong deep voice, in a Russian accent, telling me I had nothing to fear at all, ever! How reassuring and kind he is and how uplifting to feel him near me. I could feel his presence very strongly and he said something about black bread, or pumpernickel - I know my mother loved this, but am not too sure what it is - does anyone know? I think this might be a reference to daily bread, and the fact that he always makes sure I have my daily bread, as in, that I have enough for myself and my family to live on, but I am not too sure of this either. When I opened my eyes, during the meditation, I could see a fuzzy white shape, but very indistinct, not sure if he was trying to manifest, but I have never really seen a spirit as such, but I did have the very strong cold tingling feeling which made me aware spirit was near, and the high pitched tone in my left ear, not my right one, this time.
I wonder what I can do to strengthen this communication? It was wonderful to feel so safe and protected.
