My dream

Dear Lizzie,

I had this strange dream last night, I was wondering if you can make any sense from it.

I was on the beach right by the waters edge, I was working for a film company. They were making a film (obviously lol) When this man came up to me, and asked me if I had seen his net. He said it was about 3ft, a big net. I noticed this man was dressed in biblical clothes. They were brown down to his feet, and the top part had the material draped around his head, he was bearded.
I said, I would ask the rest of the film crew if they had seen it.

It was then I noticed a group of people sat in the net. Just sat there. The net looked much bigger then 3ft to me. But I knew it was this mans net. The film crew said they still needed it, would I ask the man, if they could just borrow it a bit longer until the scene had ended. When I asked the man, he just shook his head. I said, please, you have not needed it up until now, so could u not let them use it a bit longer. He just looked at me, and shook his head then walked away. I felt really upset inside, as if I had not asked him in the right way.

The next thing I know, I am in this house, it is a big old house, with wooden floors. People wearing clothes made out of natural materials. Knitted jumpers and cardigans, cotton trousers. What am I doing here I ask myself, then I realize, its a place to learn something. These people have come to join a choir. But I cannot sing very well, what am I doing here. We all have to sing on our own, so they can listen to our voices and decide what notes we will sing. My heart is pounding, I feel scared stiff, if only they will let me sing with someone else, it would be alright. When I sing with another, our voices harmonize, when I sing alone, I sound terrible. Then we stop and sit at the table to eat some food.

Why is it that people listen to the person, and not to the wisdom of the words that he says?

CREATIVITY MUST BE MORE IN YOUR LIFE I THINK – REMEMBER THE GUY WHO INTERPRETED YOUR HANDWRITING SAYING YOU WERE MEANT TO PAINT?? LOOKING FOR SOMETHING LOST IN A DREAM IS YOUR MIND’S WAY OF TELLING YOU TO SEARCH MORE DEEPLY FOR A PART OF SOMETHING WHICH IS MISSING IN YOUR OWN MIND….WHAT?? THINK ON THIS.

It was then I noticed a group of people sat in the net. Just sat there. The net looked much bigger then 3ft to me. But I knew it was this mans net. PEOPLE CAUGHT IN THE NET, OR INTERNET, A GROUP OF PEOPLE YOU ARE CLOSE TO, FOND OF? US PERHAPS? The film crew said they still needed it, would I ask the man, if they could just borrow it a bit longer until the scene had ended. When I asked the man, he just shook his head. I felt really upset inside, as if I had not asked him in the right way. YOU ARE BLAMING YOURSELF FOR SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT YOUR FAULT…THINK ON THIS ALSO. THE PEOPLE WERE VOLUNTARILY IN THE NET – THERE BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO BE…REMEMBER IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT – NO BLAME ATTACHES TO YOU BUT YOUR TENDENCY DUE TO YOUR VICTIM MENTALITY IS OFTEN TO BLAME YOURSELVES WHEN OTHERS ARE AT FAULT – THIS FEELING OF BEING UPSET IS SOMETHING YOUR DREAM MIND IS TELLING YOU TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT BECAUSE IT IS INTERFERING WITH YOUR SPIRITUAL GROWTH – YOU WILL GROW SPIRITUALLY FASTER AND BETTER WITHOUT THIS HINDRANCE.

The next thing I know, I am in this house, it is a big old house, with wooden floors. People wearing clothes made out of natural materials. Knitted jumpers and cardigans, cotton trousers. PERHAPS THOUGHTS YOU HAVE HAD IN THE PAST ABOUT LIVING CLOSER TO NATURE, BEING MORE ORGANIC, AND KINDER TO THE ENVIRONMENT? What am I doing here I ask myself, then I realize, its a place to learn something. These people have come to join a choir. But I cannot sing very well, what am I doing here. AGAIN, A CALL TO LOOK AT THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING MORE CREATIVE – I FEEL IT IS YOUR DREAM MIND TELLING YOU TO LIFT UP YOUR VOICE IN A CREATIVE WAY, PERHAPS IN YOUR HEALING WORK, OR IN SHARING YOUR SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS WITH OTHERS IN A GROUP? We all have to sing on our own, so they can listen to our voices and decide what notes we will sing. AGAIN, BEING PUT ON THE SPOT IS NOT SOMETHING WHICH APPEALS TO YOU BUT BEING STOOD UP AND COUNTED IS SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO DEAL WITH IN ORDER TO LIVE AND GROW STRONGER SPIRITUALLY. My heart is pounding, I feel scared stiff, if only they will let me sing with someone else, it would be alright. When I sing with another, our voices harmonize, when I sing alone, I sound terrible. THE THOUGHT OF BEING ABLE TO HARMONIZE MEANS THAT YOU RELY MORE ON OTHERS THAN YOU WOULD EVEN ADMIT TO YOURSELF…THE FACT IS THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY AFRAID TO BE ALONE IN LOTS OF WAYS AND I WOULD WORK ON SPENDING TIME ALONE EXAMINING THOSE FEELINGS. Then we stop and sit at the table to eat some food. CHRISTMAS DINNER REFERENCE?

Why is it that people listen to the person, and not to the wisdom of the words that he says? BECAUSE FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT AND WHAT YOU SEE IS THE FIRST IMPRESSION, NOT WHAT YOU HEAR!

I hope that helps my friend….do share any further insights in case we can elaborate….I guess your new year’s resolution will be to examine being alone.

Dearest Lizzie,

Thank you sweetheart for your interpretation of my dream. You have hit the nail on the head when you say I have a problem with being alone. It is not just in a physical way, its very much in a mental way as well. If I have to be alone for to long, I have to listen to the clamor of my inner voice. My thoughts often are melancholic if they are left to there own devices for too long. So I do all I can to keep my mind distracted. I know this, but I am not sure how to deal with it. Yet, there is a part of me that longs for solitude and peace. There, what a contradiction I am, something I yearn for, yet fear!!

I do have a victim mentality, and its a hard habit to break. I know it belongs in my difficult childhood, but then, so have many others had difficult childhoods, and many, many in fact much worse then I ever had, and don't have it. I do blame myself, or I allow others to let me take the blame. But then again, we cannot blame others for allowing ourselves into that situation can we.

Your words have given me much to ponder on.

I am so glad to be able to help you, Karen, its odd, but I used to feel as you do about being alone - you should imagine yourself alone when you are with lots of people, you know, and see how that feels....it is an interesting exercise. I think childhood fears like monsters under the bed make us afraid of the dark and being alone, and being alone somehow means you may have failed to attract the right kind of people to you also, I used to think. I long to be alone these days, and it seems that I never have enough time to be alone, and opportunities to be alone are few and far between these days....I wonder why you fear being alone - perhaps the same reasons as I? As a child, I felt that being alone meant I was being punished, and that is something that somehow stays with you....when you learn through meditation to quieten your inner voices or to retrain your victim mentality to being full of affirmations and positive mantras, you will discover that it is wonderful to be alone, and comfortable in your own skin...it has taken me many years to feel this, because like you I feared it too.

I wish you luck in your ponderings and do ask your guides for help - you will discover they can assist you in ways you never knew how!

This Dream was one that my step Daughter had, I asked her to write it out so it is written as she wrote it.

I appeared to be held hostage by a man aged roughly 30-38, he had long blond hair and looked like the ememy from "mission impossible 3". when ever I tried to escape he would threaten me and say that he was going to kil me. I also noticed that I had a huge wound across my tummy on the left side, which was bandaged.
However, we both lived in a strange village,and when I went to a church,and told a priest that I was going to be murderd, he didn't believe me. After this we went to what semmed to be a party with all my friends (School mates).
However, this man made me sit with him, so I couldn't see any of them, eventually I went to see a friend (male) and I told him he needed to go & get the police as I was going to be murderd. Luckily he believed me and went to get help. Next I went to see a distant friend of mine called George and Told him I was going to be murderd. And He seemed upset.
Then I saw the man looking for me, so I quickly went over and stood near my steo brother's (Not my son Liz) friends. Suddenly it was pitch black and I had to feel peoples faces to feel who I knew. I felt this boy's face and immediatly knew who it was and I was correct then I felt someone else who I knew and he said "Quick, lets go I'll keep you safe" and he took me by the hand and we started running really fast. At school this boy is know to be very good at hurdles, next he jumped over these set of bike guards then we ran to this hill and hid behind some tree's. However, this boy fell down to the bottom of the hill and the man was standing right behind me. The boy (Someone I know) appeared to be dead I ran to the bottom of the hill in tears and the man caught up with me, suddenly though he dropped down holding his tummy, I kicked and punched him violently, when I heard a random door knock I went to find this door and opend it, I answerd it to a policeman dressed in pink I said "Thank God you're here, Im about to be killed" The policeman replyed "No your not, don't be stupid" & just walked on.

Well I'll leave this one to you liz, but then she told me another that did upest her so I have added this one too. Ive written it as she did.

I had a dream that I knew I was going to die, I was extreamly upset and my dad, step mum (Thats me liz) my step dad, and mum were with me and I kept saying to dad "promise me I'll go to heaven,please promis me" And dad did next I was a ghost I didn't see myself die or anything I just heard a deep male voice say "you must stay" I was crying and saw my family crying then I woke up.

EXAMINE YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS SPIRIT, AND WHAT IS MAKING YOU FEARFUL OF BEING KILLED (METAPHORICALLY SPEAKING, BEING KILLED IN A DREAM IS ACTUALLY COMING TO LIFE, I.E. SECOND DREAM –

I had a dream that I knew I was going to die, WHAT DEATH MEANS IN A DREAM IS SIMPLY BEING BORN OR COMING ALIVE WHICH IS THE STAGE YOU ARE GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW IN YOUR LIFE – IF YOU DREAM OF DEATH YOU ARE DREAMING OF BIRTH OR BEING REBORN…IN YOUR CASE I WOULD SAY YOU ARE DREAMING OF AWAKENING OF YOUR OWN INNER POWER, LATENT SEXUALITY AND YOUR OWN POTENTIAL BOTH SPIRITUALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.I was extremely upset YOU ARE UPSET BECAUSE YOU WANT TO STAY LITTLE AND BE SAFE AND PROTECTED, HENCE YOU SEE THREATS IN THE FORM OF MALES…and my dad, stepmum, my stepdad, and mum were with me and I kept saying to dad "promise me I'll go to heaven, please promise me" YOU WANT REASSURANCE THAT WHEN YOU MAKE THE TRANSITION BETWEEN LITTLE AND BIG YOU WILL BE SAFE, AND NOT END UP IN A MORE DIFFICULT SITUATION – NO-ONE CAN PROMISE YOU THAT BUT THE FACT THAT YOUR DREAM MIND HAS DONE SO, IS LIKE REASSURANCE THAT YOU WILL BE SAFE IF YOU TRUST THAT YOUR PARENTS KNOW JUST WHAT YOU NEED AND HOW TO GUIDE YOU – YOU HAVE YOUR OWN INNER SPIRITUAL GUIDES BUT YOUR PARENTS HAVE AGE AND EXPERIENCE ON THEIR SIDES AND ARE MUCH WISER WHEN IT COMES TO GROWING UP – HAVING GROWN UP THEMSELVES AND SURVIVED !!! LOOK TO THEM FOR GUIDANCE AND YOU WILL FIND THAT YOU ARE SAFE AND IN A FIGURATIVE “HEAVEN” TO MAKE THE TRANSITION EASIER – LITERALLY YOU WILL ALWAYS BE THEIR LITTLE GIRL SO NO FEARS. And dad did next I was a ghost I didn't see myself die or anything I just heard a deep male voice say "you must stay" I was crying and saw my family crying then I woke up. YOU MUST STAY – YOU CANNOT ESCAPE THE UPHEAVAL WHICH WILL COME SO DO TRY TO ASK FOR HELP AND YOU WILL RECEIVE IT BOTH FROM YOUR PARENTS AND IN LEARNING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR DREAM MIND IS TELLING YOU – THIS IS LIKE YOUR INNER GUIDE WHICH WILL HELP YOU

Just out of interest, my daughter had dreams of this nature and she is now nearly 16 (in February 2007) and she is much stronger for being able to understand what she went through….she is growing and has lots of anger but is adjusting…it happens when you grow that a part of you wants to stay small….responsibility is a difficult thing, but you will survive, or there would be no adults left in the world – lol!!

I hope that helps my friend, do come back for more help if you feel you need it and do try to write them down along with any feelings you may have when you wake up because that helps you to understand how you feel inside about what your dream mind is telling you.

Hi Lizzie,

Another dream..they are coming thick and fast this week. Mind you I am surprised I dreamed at all last night, my son Sebastian was devastated because our youngest cat Willow, had managed to break into his hamster cage and kill his favorite Hamster Betty. Bill managed to rescue her, but it was too late. He was so upset, triggered off his asthma, so I spent the night with him. Anyway, on to the dream.

I was in an advice centre, not the one I work in another one. But I was wearing my dressing gown and nightie..lol I must have a flat over the premises. I only popped into the office for minute to pick something up, hence my night attire. When someone came to the door. I let them in, they needed help. So, obviously they didn't care about my attire, so we chatted and I helped them out. Then a group of people arrived. One of my friends Denise, is our debt specialist, she was talking to them, then she asked me, if I could speak to them. They looked at me, and basically asked me what qualifications I had, that enabled me to help them. Denise told me that had an employment problem. So I said, well, I am a supervisor, but I am also a specialist in welfare benefits..and Employment. Thats why Denise has referred u to me. So then we start. Another women calls..she has a problem, she has been hiding from her husband the fact she has been selling herself to make money. We have a trainee, that sits in on the interview, and she starts telling this women,we cannot help her. I tell her off, for being so judgmental, and send her away. Then talk to the women, and we manage to help her. I then realize, I need to get home, but I have no clothes on, on my night clothes. By now, its 2pm in the afternoon. The streets are busy, and cannot sneak home, without defiantly being noiticed..lol

But I thought I lived above the premises..lol anyway, bill comes to take me home, and we give my friend Denise a lift. We drop her off, and as she is walking up the lane to her home, she shouts to me, what do u do, when your husband tells you he is having an affair. I assume she means, her husband?? she is below us, we are climbing the mountain road, but I tell my husband we need to go back to help her. He will take me.

Dear Liz Gary finally got around to giving me his 2 dreams (Monster Hamster & another one) may the force be with you lol
Ive written it as Gary has, here we go

I went to walk into my bedroom but a hamster came underneath the door (the bedroom where we are now) It had ferocious teeth began to chase me. I ran into the bathroom (where we are now) And it tried to get under the door, I ran downstairs & it chased me snarling all the time (Bit like tasmanian devil lol) It didn't actually catch me. I woke up before the dream had a ending to it.

2nd dream

It was new yrs eve & Krissy invited a load of her daughters friends round to sleep over, I wasn't very pleased so I went to work. I was wearing my usual navy trousers (Im a carer for ederly & terminally sick) but instead of my blue top I was wearing an olive green T-shirt. I went to park my car in the old lady's drive who I was due to see, but there wasn't enough room, So i reversed out, as I reversed out I turned the car, but scraped the bumper of the lady's car that was parked on the road.
The next scene I was in what I thought was an old persons home, but there were all these older ladies having their hair done & make up etc. It was like a health farm and the lady I was due to help was walking around and I wonderd why I had gone around to help her.
Then I was in a house and I found a door that lead to another level. The stairs was blocked so I had to climb over all these boxes that were on the stairs. When I got to the top there was a corridor like in a hotel. It had oak beams & lots of oak doors along it. There were 2 bathrooms & 2 seperate toilets, where the doors were ajar. I opend one of the closed one's & was in a bedroom, the bed was made. It wasn't a modern day room. it felt like I was in the 40's, 50's or 60's as the furniture had that oldish smell to it.
I felt like I was being watched so I left the room & enterd another room where there was a childs bed & an old oak chest of draws. There were lots of toys on top of the chest of draws, old dinky toy cars & lorries. I then walked down the corridor & heard foot steps, I tried in one of the toilets & peaked around the door, looking out onto the corridor. There was a man walking across the corridor pulling boxes on a trolley. He stopped and walked across to where I was & saw me. I didn't feel frightend, he had dark hair & was unshaven, he saw me and seemed quite friendly, but I cant remember what he said & thats where my dream ended.

CLASSIC DREAM OF BEING NAKED/WEARING NIGHTCLOTHES IS SIMPLY A CONCERN THAT YOU MIGHT BE SEEN WITH YOUR INHIBITIONS SHOWING!! I.E. BE SEEN IN A WAY YOU WOULD NOT LIKE OTHERS TO SEE YOU IN PUBLIC – THIS IS REALLY AN ANXIETY DREAM, DO YOU HAVE CONCERNS OVER THE ADVICE CENTRE BEING A DIFFICULT PLACE TO BE RIGHT NOW, DUE TO RECENT CHANGES? AND EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS NOT THE ADVICE CENTRE YOU WORK IN, IT IS STILL AN ADVICE CENTRE, AND PERHAPS MAY RELATE TO A PLACE WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE ADVICE FROM RATHER THAN GIVE! I must have a flat over the premises. DO YOU? I only popped into the office for minute to pick something up, hence my night attire. When someone came to the door. YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE TO BE ON CALL AT ALL TIMES DAY OR NIGHT TO GIVE ADVICE, TO GIVE OF YOURSELF, TO GIVE HELP TO OTHERS LESS FORTUNATE AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR OWN COMFORT, SLEEP, EVEN THE PEACE OF BEING ALONE (REMEMBER YOUR PREVIOUS DREAM ABOUT BEING ALONE?) I let them in, they needed help. So, obviously they didn't care about my attire, so we chatted and I helped them out. YOU FEEL THAT IF YOU SACRIFICE THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU I.E. FREEDOM AND SELF-CONFIDENCE, THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HELP OTHERS BUT THIS IS AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR OWN HEALTH, SLEEP, COMFORT AND JOY. THINK ON THAT. Then a group of people arrived. One of my friends Denise, is our debt specialist, she was talking to them, then she asked me, if I could speak to them. SHE IS SOMEONE YOU NOW TRUST? SHE ASKED YOU FOR HELP – DO YOU HELP HER IN REAL LIFE? They looked at me, and basically asked me what qualifications I had, that enabled me to help them. YOU ARE UNDERMINING YOURSELF HERE, SAYING YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO HELP THEM – VICTIM MENTALITY AGAIN. Denise told me that had an employment problem. So I said, well, I am a supervisor, but I am also a specialist in welfare benefits and employment. That’s why Denise has referred u to me. So then we start. Another women calls..she has a problem, she has been hiding from her husband the fact she has been selling herself to make money. YOUR DREAM MIND IS TELLING YOU THAT QUITE LITERALLY YOU ARE MAKING YOURSELF INTO THIS WOMAN WHO IS SELLING HERSELF TO MAKE MONEY – WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING? YOU ARE SELLING YOURSELF SHORT (YOUR DREAM MIND TAKES THINGS LITERALLY AND I DON’T MEAN HERE THAT YOU ARE OUT ON THE STREETS!!) YOU ARE ACTUALLY SELLING YOURSELF SHORT IN ORDER TO WORK AND BRING IN WAGES TO THE HOUSEHOLD AND THIS IS AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR OWN PEACE AND CONTENTMENT – THINK ON THAT. We have a trainee, that sits in on the interview, and she starts telling this women,we cannot help her. THE TRAINEE IS RIGHT – SHE MUST HELP HERSELF, JUST AS YOU MUST. I tell her off, for being so judgmental, and send her away. YOU ARE ARGUING WITH YOUR OWN INNER SELF WHICH IS TELLING YOU TO LISTEN TO YOUR OWN NEEDS AND PUT THEM FIRST AND NOT BE SO SELF SACRIFICIAL. Then talk to the women, and we manage to help her. AT WHAT COST? I then realize, I need to get home, but I have no clothes on, on my night clothes.YOU HAVE HELPED THIS WOMAN (PART OF YOURSELF BUT AT THE COST OF YOUR OWN COMFORT – I.E. YOU GIVE UP THINGS FOR OTHERS BUT YOU HAVE LITTLE LEFT FOR YOURSELF…IN THIS DREAM YOU HAVE FROZEN IN YOUR NIGHTCLOTHES, AND YOU HAVE SPENT ALL MORNING HELPING PEOPLE AND NOW IT IS TOO LATE TO HELP YOURSELF WITHOUT BEING NOTICED, I.E. UNOBTRUSIVELY) By now, its 2pm in the afternoon. The streets are busy, and cannot sneak home, without definitely being noiticed. ARE YOU ASHAMED OF BEING SEEN IN PUBLIC LIKE THIS – THIS KIND OF DREAM OFTEN RELATES TO THIS – THE FEELING OF BEING INFERIOR IN SOME WAY AND NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT = VICTIM MENTALITY.

But I thought I lived above the premises YOU DON’T HAVE THE COMFORT AND PEACE YOU THOUGHT YOU HAD INTERNALLY. Anyway, Bill comes to take me home, and we give my friend Denise a lift. We drop her off, and as she is walking up the lane to her home, she shouts to me, what do u do, when your husband tells you he is having an affair. I assume she means, her husband?? She is below us, we are climbing the mountain road, but I tell my husband we need to go back to help her. He will take me. YOUR HUSBAND GOES ALONG WITH YOUR NEED TO HELP OTHERS, IT DIVERTS ATTENTION AWAY FROM YOUR NEED TO HELP YOURSELF OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP, HE IS A BIT OF A WORKAHOLIC AND NEEDS TO FEED THIS PART OF HIMSELF AT THE EXPENSE OF SOMETIMES SPENDING TIME WITH YOU ALONE. HE WOULD LOVE YOU TO SPEND MORE TIME ON YOUR OWN AND BE UNAFRAID THEN HE WOULD BE HAPPIER SPENDING MORE TIME AT WORK…IYSWIM. DENISE IS INSECURE IN LITTLE WAYS, HENCE HER QUESTION.

I hope this helps, Karen, I hope so. You are dreaming so much as you are going through a very uncertain phase of your life, when one door closes another opens, remember that. You do not necessarily know what the door leads to, but be prepared to enter, just the same.

So sad about your poor little hamster, cats are sometimes such a contradiction – I cant count the amount of poor little creatures I have rescued from our cat, but we refuse to keep hamsters because of the danger, our cat is such a hunter, he even caught a bat once! I know asthma too, it is very bad, my daughter suffers from it. Do take care and have a wonderful new year.

I went to walk into my bedroom but a hamster came underneath the door (the bedroom where we are now) It had ferocious teeth began to chase me. I ran into the bathroom (where we are now) And it tried to get under the door, I ran downstairs & it chased me snarling all the time (Bit like tasmanian devil lol) It didn't actually catch me. I woke up before the dream had a ending to it. THE CLASSIC DREAM, GARY, AND THE MOST WELL-KNOWN KIND, I MIGHT ADD, IS THE DREAM OF BEING CHASED….OFTEN IF YOU HAVE A DREAM WHERE YOU ARE BEING CHASED, IT MEANS THAT YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT SOMETHING, THAT SOMETHING FROM YOUR PAST WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU, OR THAT A PARTICULAR ANXIETY YOU ARE FACING WILL ACTUALLY CATCH UP WITH YOU AND OVERWHELM YOU BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO DEAL WITH IT. THE FACT THAT IT WAS A HAMSTER WITH FEROCIOUS TEETH IS PRETTY IRRELEVANT, REALLY, IT WAS JUST SOME KIND OF SYMBOL TO YOUR DREAM MIND – IF YOU WANT TO DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DREAM, THINK ON WHAT A HAMSTER WOULD MEAN TO YOU – I.E. DID YOU HAVE ONE AS A CHILD WHICH BIT YOU (HENCE THE FEROCIOUS TEETH REFERENCE?) OR DO YOU HAVE A HAMSTER NOW AS A PET. THE FACT THAT IT WAS CHASING YOU IN SUCH A RELENTLESS FASHION AND YOU HAD TO GO FROM ROOM TO ROOM MEANS QUITE SIMPLY – WELL, THINK OF YOUR HOUSE/ROOMS AS YOUR OWN MIND/SELF, AND THE ROOMS AS DIFFERENT PARTS OF YOUR MIND….THE BEDROOM REPRESENTS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PARTNER, AND THE BATHROOM REPRESENTS YOUR HEALTH AND HEALTH WORRIES…THE FACT THAT YOU HAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO GET AWAY FROM IT, SUGGESTS YOU HAVE TO DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR OWN INNER WORKINGS (THOUGHTS/FEARS) PERHAPS EVEN YOUR CHILDHOOD FEARS TO FIND OUT WHAT THIS FEAR MIGHT BE. THE FACT THAT YOU WOKE UP BEFORE THE HAMSTER CAUGHT YOU SUGGESTS THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND A RESOLUTION IF YOU FOLLOW THIS ADVICE. YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT A HEALTH ISSUE TO DO WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIP, OR HEALTH, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP, AND IT HAS ITS BASIS IN A CHILDHOOD FEAR YOU HAVE NOT THOUGHT ABOUT IN AWHILE AND IT IS COMING AFTER YOU BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED…THE FACT THAT IT WAS FEIRCE AND SNARLING AT YOU MEANS IT WILL NOT LET GO UNTIL YOU HAVE DEALT WITH THE UNDERLYING CAUSES….BE AWARE YOU WILL HAVE MORE HAMSTERS CHASING YOU UNLESS YOU DEAL WITH IT!!

2nd dream

It was new years eve & Krissy invited a load of her daughters friends round to sleep over, I wasn't very pleased so I went to work. I was wearing my usual navy trousers (I’m a carer for elderly & terminally sick) but instead of my blue top I was wearing an olive green T-shirt. I went to park my car in the old lady's drive who I was due to see, but there wasn't enough room, So I reversed out, as I reversed out I turned the car, but scraped the bumper of the lady's car that was parked on the road. A NEED TO ESCAPE AND BE BY YOURSELF, WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS AN EASY NEED TO FULFIL…IN FACT IT OFTEN GETS YOU INTO TROUBLE. LEARN TO LIVE HAPPILY ALONE INSIDE YOUR OWN HEAD, THEN YOU WILL NOT FEEL THE NEED FOR PHYSICAL SPACE SO MUCH.

The next scene I was in what I thought was an old persons home, but there were all these older ladies having their hair done & make up etc. It was like a health farm and the lady I was due to help was walking around and I wondered why I had gone around to help her. DO YOU OFTEN FEEL OUT OF YOUR DEPTH WITH OLDER WOMEN – PERHAPS TO DO WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO YOUR MOTHER? JUST A THOUGHT, BUT PERHAPS YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THIS. CARING FOR OTHERS MUST BEGIN WITH CARING FOR YOURSELF FIRST, OTHERWISE HOW CAN YOU BE AN EFFECTIVE CARER?
Then I was in a house YOUR OWN MIND and I found a door that lead to another level. YOUR OWN HIGHER SELF…A DOOR IS ALWAYS AN OPPORTUNITY AND IN THIS CASE IF IT LEADS TO ANOTHER LEVEL, IT IS A HIGHER LEVEL, IE YOUR HIGHER SELF. The stairs was blocked YOUR OWN INNER BLOCKAGE I WOULD SAY, A BLOCK THAT YOU HAVE PUT ON YOUR OWN ADVANCEMENT BUT OUR SOUL IS PUT ON EARTH TO DISCOVER ITS OWN PURPOSE SO YOU MUST WORK ON DISSOLVING THAT BLOCK. so I had to climb over all these boxes that were on the stairs. THE FACT THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO SURMOUNT THE OBSTACLES SUGGESTS THAT YOU CAN FIND YOUR WAY TO YOUR HIGHER SELF. When I got to the top there was a corridor like in a hotel. A CORRIDOR IS A PASSAGEWAY TO THE LEVEL YOU NEED TO GET TO AND IT SOMETIMES TAKES A LONG TIME TO GET THERE…IT CAN BE LIKE A TUNNEL IN WHICH IT IS DARK BUT THERE IS LIGHT AT THE END OF IT OR LIKE A CORRIDOR WHICH HAS LOTS OF FALSE OPENINGS ALONG THE WAY AND YOU MUST BE CAREFUL NOT TO TAKE A WRONG TURNING. It had oak beams & lots of oak doors along it. OAK REPRESENTS SOLIDITY AND STRENGTH WHICH YOU HAVE IN ABUNDANCE YOU ARE JUST NOT AWARE OF IT YET, YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THAT PART OF YOURSELF WHICH IS STRONG AND YOU WILL FIND IT, YOU JUST HAVE TO BELIEVE IN YOUR OWN ABILITY TO DO SO. OAK ALSO REPRESENTS NEW BEGINNINGS, I.E. ACORN GROWS INTO OAK. There were 2 bathrooms & 2 seperate toilets, where the doors were ajar. AGAIN BATHROOMS AND TOILETS REPRESENT A HEALTH PROBLEM WHICH I THINK YOU ARE IGNORING – DO YOU PERHAPS SUFFER FROM STRESS RELATED IBS? I opened one of the closed one's & was in a bedroom, the bed was made. THIS REPRESENTS NEATNESS IN A RELATIONSHIP, THE ABILITY TO HAVE THINGS THE WAY YOU WANT THEM. It wasn't a modern day room. it felt like I was in the 40's, 50's or 60's as the furniture had that oldish smell to it. AGAIN, OLDER THINGS, OR OLD FASHIONED THINGS REPRESENT SOMETHING FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD THAT NEEDS LOOKING INTO FURTHER.
I felt like I was being watched YOU ARE LOOKING DOWN ON YOURSELF FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF YOUR HIGHER SELF AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING, ITS JUST YOUR DREAM MIND TELLING YOU THAT YOU NEED TO GET THERE TO HAVE THAT PERSPECTIVE IYSWIM. So I left the room & entered another room where there was a child’s bed & an old oak chest of drawers. CHILD’S BED REPRESENTS RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PARENTS AS A CHILD. There were lots of toys on top of the chest of drawers, old dinky toy cars & lorries. AGAIN, THE PAST AND YOUR OWN CHILDHOOD. I then walked down the corridor & heard footsteps, I tried in one of the toilets & peaked around the door, looking out onto the corridor. There was a man walking across the corridor pulling boxes on a trolley. He stopped and walked across to where I was & saw me. I didn't feel frightened, he had dark hair & was unshaven, he saw me and seemed quite friendly, but I cant remember what he said & that’s where my dream ended. THE MAN IS YOUR GUIDE, AND HE IS CARRYING THE BOXES ON THE TROLLEY WHICH REPRESENT THE THINGS YOU NEED TO LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF – IN EACH BOX FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING THERE IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF, A PART OF YOU WHICH NEEDS TO BE OPENED UP AND DISCOVERED AND ASSIMILATED INTO YOUR OWN SELF, AND THE MAN WHO WAS UNKEMPT WAS THE PART OF YOURSELF WHICH REFUSES TO DO THIS…ALTHOUGH THIS MAN REPRESENTS YOUR GUIDE, HE ALSO REPRESENTS THE PART OF YOURSELF WHICH REFUSES TO GROW AND LEARN SPIRITUALLY AND THIS UNSHAVEN MAN WHO WAS FRIENDLY TO YOU IS YOUR INNER HIGHER SELF TELLING THE EVERYDAY YOU THAT IT IS ABOUT TIME YOU WENT UP TO THAT HIGHER LEVEL AND HAD A LOOK AT WHAT WAS IN THE BOXES IN YOUR CHILDHOOD AND LEARNED TO INTEGRATE THIS KNOWLEDGE INTO YOUR LIFE – YOU WILL BE HAPPIER (THE MAN BEING FRIENDLY) WHEN YOU DO.

A SWAN PROBABLY REPRESENTS TO YOU EITHER SOMEONE WITH A LONG NECK, SOMEONE WHOM YOU CONSIDER TO BE WHITER THAN WHITE, OR ELEGANT, OR A BIRD (FEMALE) OR IT COULD BE A PERSON WHO WAS BAD TO YOU IN THE PAST BUT WHO HAS NOW CHANGED TOWARDS YOU AND IS KIND AND GOOD.....HOWEVER, THE FACT THAT THE SWAN CHASED YOU PROBABLY SUGGESTS THAT THIS PERSON (REPRESENTED BY THE SWAN) IS TELLING YOU TO BACK OFF FROM A PARTICULAR SITUATION INVOLVING HER/HIM (ALTHOUGH I THINK IT IS A FEMALE) OR THAT YOU ARE ANXIOUS ABOUT A SITUATION INVOLVING THIS PERSON. SORRY TO APPEAR SO VAGUE ABOUT THIS, ZANNA BUT YOU HAVENT REALLY GIVEN ME TOO MUCH TO GO ON!!
