I would like to hear your thoughts on my dream. I never really like to do my own. So any feedback would be great..thank you..
I had just gone to work at a church. I had only just arrived at the vicarage and was getting to know a couple of other people who helped out there. There was a women, who helped with organizing tea's and meetings, making cakes etc a country type of women. Plump and slightly old fashioned in her style of dress. There was a gentleman who helped with the grounds and garden's of the church. He too looked countrified and slightly old fashioned in his dress. A little stand offish with me, being the new girl. There was another women, secretarial type.
I had been walking around the grounds and buildings when I met each one of them. All of sudden I was told I was being sent to a nearby parish, to assist the vicar there. So we all decided to go, I think they were coming to give me some moral support and they were curious.
When we arrived there was tea being served in the rectory, and a few people were gathered there waiting for the vicar to come. He arrived and immediately made his way toward one of the others, assuming I think, that one of them was to b e his curate. I stepped forward and said, I am your new vicar. Up until then I hadn't been entirely sure what my role was. He looked very surprised. I could see this and when we were left alone for a few minutes tried to reassure him. He seemed to think I was younger then I actually was. I told him my age, and that surprised him, but seemed to put his mind at ease more. I told him that I had had lots of life experiences, and this was in fact my third career, third phase of my life. All things that I had done before career wise I felt would help me in my new position.
We talked about God, but only from a sensory perspective, i.e. feeling him rather then faith, or rather a theological position. He seemed to be on the same wave length as me in this. I talked about the people who had come with me, how I felt that even though I had only just met them myself, I trusted them and had faith in their abilities, and was sure that they would be a big help to us.
The place was in the country, it was very sunny and warm. There was a wonderful scent of flowers, like something out of a picture. I was to have a little house to live in. I was worried as I'd left the house that morning without telling anyone where I was going.

seems in this dream you were trying to be an observer yet involved but uncertanity of what you thought others think seemed to put you in the back ground for a bit. You assumed nothing, but on the same hand were more willing to accept others without question by your awareness to realise what you felt, so its not complete uncertainty of your ability to recognise things in others, only of yourself its harder for you to see..part of what holds you back in progress you seek, is the concern of what others my compare or think instead of relying on your own path and its own value, communicated to you personally, not by anyone else value or understanding. Its what you hear or see or get out of it which is the value to you. Some times its not what we personally achieve but how we recognsie others whether by their achevments, talents or ways of life or the opposite is the connection was that we see, that brings us in to a new direction in kind of a backwards approach in a forward way...only because we typically think of direction as singular in the thought not inclusive of all the parts or others in it. Well have fun with it, pretty obscure dream in a way.

Hi Becki,
Thank you for taking the time to look at my dream. I can relate to what you say about needing the approval of others. Or rather, a tendency to view myself through what I perceive the eyes of others.
It was interesting that these three people who I hardly knew instinctively I trusted and knew that they were what they said they were. How nice it would be in life, to feel that kind of instinctive trust. The sunshine, the church, all made me feel secure and safe.
Thank you again, for this..if anyone else has any thoughts on it, please feel free to share.
Love and light Kaz

Hi Kaz, it's been a while since I've looked at anyone's dreams in here... but I'll give you what I got as I read your dream. As I was reading your dream I got a strong sense that this is a glimpse into your past lives. I don't feel the dream itself is a past life dream... just the three people you met in the dream. These three people you met were in fact three aspects of yourself (that's why you instinctively trusted them). I feel that each one represented a past life in which you did or worked in the area they did in your dream. Each of these aspects or life experiences can help you in your life today. Use the strengths of each of them to help you bring into being that which you want. To find those strengths think of what each one of them does... example... the gardener, plants seeds, nurtures them, weeds the garden, waters the garden etc... the tea party lady... organizes teas as in social gathering and events... and the sectratary type woman keeps everything on track... she does the communication, writes, files, makes phone calls... she does the detail work to keep things running... so look at each one and look at your life now... where are you using these types of skills... and where can you use them to improve your life... etc... The number three is important. The fact that you recognized this as being your third career, third phase of your life... and have brought with you three aspects of yourself (three people and their (your) experiences) to the table.... now is the time to make things happen in your life. Three is fruition... the trinity... the father, son and holy spirit... it is time to manifest your desires. The vicar you were talking to in the dream I feel is a representation of God for you as you two discuss him from a feeling preceptive...being on the same wave length as you say... the words you use to describe the conversation give you clues as to where your vibration was during the dream... so looks like you were having a heart to heart with the big guy... not convincing him you can do it... but convincing yourself you can do it... he was just helping you see your ow potential... But alas... this reality managed to slip into your dream... through your worrying that you didn't tell anyone you had left... All in all... a wonderful dream and confirmation that you have the skills and experiences you need to manifest your dreams in this life time... Hope it helps... take what sits right and true for you and leave the rest. God bless! Silvia

Hi Sylvia, Its good to see you on the boards again, you have been missed. Thank you so much for taking the trouble to look at my dream. Everything you say does make sense to me. Up until this year my working life has been very much been admin based. I very much wanted to branch out and take what I had been doing alongside i.e. Reiki, working with crystals and looking at doing things that would help me grow and enhance my intuitive abilities. Some of things have happened this year and I am hoping that in the foreseeable future they will happen more. It is interesting that you say that the other area's illustrated in the dream could be past lives. Unfortunately I don't have much ability in the gardening department... I am very much interested in the use of herbs and their healing properties, but have never had the skill to do more then read about it. I think you could say the organizing side of things have come into play with my admin role. I very much hope that I will start to find my place and fulfill some of the hopes and dreams I have for the future. I am very lucky that in the God light I have met people who have helped me to start doing that and to accompany on my path. Thank you again for doing this for me.. Love and light Kaz

It's always a pleasure looking into our dreams... in reply to your response... what came to me is that yes gardeners are often thought of as working with the plant kingdom... but i fee that the gardener or past gardener in you was meant to show you that you have the ability to plant seeds... as in planting thoughts, ideas, .... and nurturing them and helping them grow or manifest into something physical.... we plant 'seeds' in many ways other than in an actual garden... Hope that explains it better... God bless, Silvia

You are so right Sylvia, I hadn't looked at it that way though. Now you have said, it does make perfect sense. I would love to be that person that helps to plant the seeds of idea's in others. I would love to teach and share with others. Doing what you do sounds great!!!! Thank you again for your feedback. Love and light Kaz

Kaz... you do these things already... just with what you do here... you're post make ppl think, inspire them, and yes very much so help them... so you are already doing it... I believe you're dream was just confirming that for you and showing you where you have acquired these skills and telling you that you have the skills you need to do more.
Believe in yourself! God bless! Silvia

Perhaps you have made some mistakes in the past which have set you back on your path toward your goals. With proper support, you will get on the right track again. Alternatively, it may also mean that you are questioning and debating your life path and where it is leading. You are reevaluating what you want to do. To see a vicar in your dream, suggests that you need to recognize your spiritual needs.
To dream of the countryside, suggests that you are seeking a simpler way of life. You need to take some time for yourself to relax and free your mind. Alternatively, it indicates a sense of freedom and/or openness that is lacking in your daily life.

Well Kaz here is what i am hearing from your dream,
You run into many people who you admire for their gifts, not always feeling quit noticed by some of them.....but wanting to relate to all of them. Being sent to the other parish was a sign you are going to trust yourself to help out but not quite the way they do and not yet sure you will measure up to the others. They come along to let you know what you do correctly and what you need to improve on, you see them as the experts.
Meeting the Vicar you were excited to fill the role of his curate but soon the insecurity crept back in as he was surprised to see it was you...too young, maybe not experienced enough? Do you feel this way perhaps?
Being that you were able to connect with him in regards to your perception of God, you felt you may be ready to take this job on,,,especially with the experts help. Even though we sometimes feel insecure about things, we do have faith in ourselves because we know God is a loving God and is on our side wanting only the best for us.
I feel the place being sunny, warm, and had a flowery scent means you feel safe and comfortable being there in that serene place. Maybe just like you have always wished to be in perhaps? What an ideal place to live, a small house in a sunny , warm nice smelling religious place...with a lot of experts abound to help you carry on your job(life). I see the worry about not telling anyone as you left might be worry that you left your former self behind, the one you have been attached to for so long. Kaz, this is my first time ever trying to interpret so sorry if its all wrong, lol
I love you Kaz!!
