Hi Everyone, Is it possible to be open to people's thoughts & feelings even when in a different room? I sometimes get that blow in my solar plexus and it really hurts. Any idea's? It makes me or am I going mad?xxx

hi zanna i have had the same thing happen to me you can learn to protect yourself with white light around your whole body by imagining the white light as a shield and this can protect you from their thoughts and feelings. love shaddy

Hi Zanna,
I also have similar problems, although, I am not as psychic as you in that I cannot tell if someone is talking about me in the next room. I guess we are more sensitive to negative thoughts. Its those we tend to be more aware of. I get headaches, and feel very anxious and nervous. Also like you, I get a uncomfortable feeling in my solar plexus. I have often wondered why we feel it there. Then you have these expressions, like "Gut Instinct" or" it was like a kick in the stomach". When I Chanel healing energy, I feel a bubbling of excited energy in my solar plexus, so there must be some sort of explanation. Maybe Leon, can help!!
As Shaddy has said, there are ways of protecting yourself, visualizing yourself being surrounded by a white, or blue light. Maybe seeing yourself slipping on a big warm cloak, or even visualizing a mirror over your solar plexus area, so that any negativity is just reflected out wards. Whatever technique works best for you. But obviously, we don't always do it. I often open up for healing and meditation, and forget to close down. Because, I often fall asleep afterwards. Other times, I feel I am doubly sensitive, is if it is a certain time of the month. Or if I am very tired, and have been under persistent stress. Its important to take care of yourself, eat properly, drink lots of water, maybe even take vitamins. And get lots of rest. All easier said then done..lol
Lots of love Kaz

Try thinking your solar plexus is a tampolene, when these feelings come towards you let them bounce of you and back towards the person holding ill feelings. Now put love in your heart and trampolene and they will receive love in return. www.thegodlight.co.uk
