hi everyone im here because i wanna be at peace and learn the ways of medatation.but i have no idea where to start i have try shearching the net for small medatation steps but im not sure if i doing them right, also i am a very impatient person so that might be a reason why they are not working.
overall im a good person i think but i get angry and stressed out way to easy amd want it to stop,im a very open minded person.

Hi friend, have you tried the mediation page on the god light www.thegodlight.co.uk/GOD1.htm We have a good mediation with a crystal. It can be really helpful with people who have trouble focusing. I would also recommend getting a relaxation CD, you can down load anything of the internet now so get looking. try playing it in your bedroom for a few nights before you go to sleep, it will get you into the swing of things slowly. As you will probably fall asleep, which in a way is the desired effect with meditation. At least you will not fight them as much as earlier in the day. Now once you have got your head around the basics, you can move on to another step. But as in everything get the groundwork correct first. Put candles on in your room, put an incense burner on with a strong smell you like, that uplifts you, meditation is not just about using one sense of your body. You should use your ears, eyes, nose as well as the sense of touch, or feeling as you sit still. And even if you can not sit still do not worry for now. You are looking for slight improvements. No one can do anything in this life just like that. Watch how your mind and body reacts as you improve your mediation. You will know what is working and whats not. Hi, I sometimes find it hard to meditate and it seems like a hard thing to do, but what I do is simply close my eye's imagine im somewhere beautiful (Normaly with my unicorn or fairies, any animals) and I imagine that Im either holding them, talking with them or just snuggled up. It really helps,xxx
