cant log into chat room

I know i havent been on in a while been busy with the kids
I went to log in to the chat room today and I cant get in
can anyone help me please thanks

Hi shadowangel. Can you tell us what the message is that is given to you while you try to log on to chat. Over time we have had people who have had trouble getting on using AOL. If you use that try to use another browser like internet explorer, or if you use that try firefox as this may help. Also you can get problems with the macromedia flash that is installed on your pc, if you have problems try to use a previous version of flash. IE if you have flash 9 use flash 8 instead.

Also you could try deleting your cookies on your pc as that may hold a false setting. You can find that at the top of every browser by clicking tools, then internet options.

wll i tryed to change the profile still i cant join the chat room not sure whats goin on =(

Hi Shadow Angel. If you are having trouble entering the chat room via ineternet explorer, it may be an idea to try Firefox as that has a seperate set of settings, which do not conflict with IE.

Hi Leon, I have tried the flash and the fire fox, changed my account, and cleaned out the cookies on my pc and I still cannot log into the site it still says I cannot be recognised I miss everyone is there anything else I can do. Thanks Shadowangel

You are listed with 2 accounts Shadow, neither is banned. Have you tried doing a sytem restore on your pc back to the date that the room did work on.

Well I just restored my pc and im sad to say it still wont let me into the chat =( this really sucks =(

use this registry scan this may fix problems on your pc.

Just click download file, thats a registry scanner, which will put files back in order on your pc. they are better than any anti virus at times.
