I have a question for everyone How can I accept and be more open and not afraid to accept what I feel is my spiritual intuition and awareness awakening? Such as my healing and psychic abilities. Jackie

Hi Jackie, firstly I wrote the following words some years ago, they may be of help in the question you ask.
Life is about accepting and understanding other people’s behaviour.
It is alien to some people to accept in others what they cannot accept in themselves. But it causes far less pain to learn acceptance of issues that trouble you, as life has a habit of throwing up what you least like to happen or have most trouble in accepting.
Acceptance is the key to not having these troubles sent your way, as acceptance erodes away the fear of all the worries of life that befall you.
You ask how you can be more open and not afraid of the psychic side of your life that is evolving. Where there is light or knowledge there is understanding and no fear. It is hard to see in the dark and the conclusions you come to can often be false.
Shining light on the darkness will allow you to see in clarity. Gaining more knowledge about the subjects that you question here will only bring more clarity.
I myself am not afraid of any psychic phenomena, because I have educated my mind and also experienced things that have only made me stronger. The spirit world is not scarey it is beautiful. Come and jump into the waters of tranquillity, you will enjoy it, more than you think.

Hi Jackie, Personally I find that following my heart always answers these questions.Look deep within,if it's a deep sense of knowing that gives you peace, that's from GOD. I always ask GOD for confirmations too.If I'm not sure if something is from GOD or not I always ask Him to show me whether or not it is Him.He hasn't let me down yet. God bless, Grace

Yes, always ask for guidance. You will be shown the way. Are you afraid of what other people will think?

Hey guys,
A bit of spiritual guidance needed, this may seem a very broad question but i wonder if anyone could help?
Ive just left college after four years having completed my a-levels and I am now ready to get a job as I decided not to go to university. Can anyone pick up any feelings/thoughts/messages etc about this?
Thank you.

Hi Leon, How can I let go of anger and resentment? I feel for my entire life I have been tested and not allowed to move forward to be happy in life. I feel when I have tried to love myself or conquer self confidence I have been pushed back by life situations or by others. How can I conquer life's mountain? Be happy and not let negativity get to me. I want to move forward to let go of anger and resentment and not let anything or anyone get in my way but it doesn't seem possible. Is it my soul? How can I make things better? Do I have a black cloud over me? My brother in law said I did once. Wonder if its true?

I have tried meditation, am journal, I pray and although it all helps I am still really angry and sad.
It has been 5 months now and really wish to move on, could someone please give me some insight that you might have. and maybe even how I can bring some peace to myself

moni hi what I am going to say may sirprise some people but you are allowed to feel anger...you are hurt...recpgnising that you are angry is a good place to start because it gives you choices...you can choose how you will react....supressed anger leads to many illnesses....find ways to release it safely..one I use is to write it down and burn it in a smal personal ritual....maybe light a candle and ask the angels for help....whatever feels right for you.....and know that there are always people here to help you along the way... sending you love light and healing god blaess

Hello, I'm new to the group. I have a question. I was raised a Christian, but for the last 7 or 8 years, I have realized that what is important is spirit and it's gifts through Christ. I have not been able to find a church or organization that believes in reincarnation or Love and Loving others, I'm in the bible belt, so different views are not accepted, it's like everyone is worried about the appearance of things instead of Kindness and acceptance of others. Where can I find people who will accept me as I am and where I can be a apart of something bigger than myself?

Hello John, I hope this helps a little. Who is predicted in the Bible to have offspring to crush the head of the devil? Genesis 3:15 - Micah 4:13 Genesis 3:15 I will put enmities between thee (the devil) and the woman (Mary), and thy seed (children of the devil) and her seed (children of Mary, children of God): she shall crush thy head (through the death of Christ on the cross), and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel (the devil will be at war with Mary and her children). When scripture says that She shall crush the serpent's head, it refers first to the triumph of Mary´s humility over Satan's pride, opening the way for the encarnation of Jesus the Son of God. The triumph of Mary is repeated in all her children as we win the battle over evil crushing the head of the enemy. This was very interesting John, I was raised a Catholic myself, and had never noticed this before. Love and light Kaz

Iam thinking of going to a spiritualist church as i have always been pretty sensitive to spirits but why do i feel worried abut going. not sure what to do. Dear angelfire24, If you're not sure whether to go or not, maybe you're not supposed to go - or ready to go. We always hesitate for a reason. Sometimes, this reason is fear - sometimes it's because we deep down know this is not right for us at that particular time. I'll advice you to do some research in the area and set up a worst case vs. a best case scenario. This will propably illuminate why you are worried about going. Other than that, I can only say that thinking about small, daily things and just living our lives often gives us the answers to the more profound questions we tumble with, so give yourself a break, have fun and trust that the answer to this problem will come to you when it's time. Hugs Vivian

Hi Angelfire,
I too was very nervous about going to a Spiritual church for the first time, although it was something I'd been wanting to do for a long time. For me, I think it was because I didn't have anyone to go with. In the end my desire to go overrode my fears, but I must admit to being very nervous.
I was also not sure what to expect, I had an idea of there being mediums going into trance states at the drop of a hat and the place being full of spirits..lol
The actual reality was totally different, there was a lovely atmosphere there very peaceful and it was great being with a group of people who were all interested in the same things as me. The service is very simple, a lovley healing prayer, some hymns, but more spiritual/healing orientated. The medium for the evening does a reading which is very philisophical and they also talk about real life anecdotes related to life and life's experiences.
They then ask if there is anyione who hasn't been before and they explain what they do and how they work. Usually cracking a joke and there is a lot of humour and laughter in spiritual churches. The reading part to differ from one church to another, but its usually about an hour. The smaller the church, the more likely u are to get something. I don't get anything often, but I don't mind, as I just love the atmosphere and I get a real buzz out of seeing the faces of those who do get a good reading, providing the validation they are looking for that there loved ones are safe and living still albeit it in another form, never that far away.
I think Vivienne is right in one sense that you will know when the time is right and maybe that time isn't now, just don't let fear of the unknown hold you back.
Let us know how u get on..
Love and light Kaz

for those who are experiencing anger, bitterness, self-pity, negative emotions... i think most of us have had these feelings at least once in our lives... all types of emotions are normal and should be recognised.. it's what makes us human.. what we need to learn though is to let go of these emotions once they've been recognised... ask yourself why you can't let go of them?? are they helping you at all?? some things i remind myself when i feel someone has 'wronged' me, are: *it's their life, and they have the right to live it as they see fit.. *it's not our place to change another into what we think they should be.. *things happen so that we can have a wide variety of emotions and experiences.. *the only person who's getting hurt is the one holding onto the pain.. *the happier we are emotionally, the happier our experiences will be and if all else fails... get an empty box and kick it.. i'm actually serious.. lol.. it doesn't hurt anyone, the physical exertion helps relieve our frustration, and the box will fit better into the recycling bin

Hi, I'm new here. Recently I had a bad toothache and I had to get it out but I also have two teeth on the other side that I can chew on. I waited to long to go to the dentist and I have to eat soft foods until I get them fixed which might take a long time before I get the dental plan. I know I am getting soft foods that are good but I feel guilty that I didn't go to the dentist sooner and that I didn't take care of my teeth. I have been bothering my mom about it and saying it over and over again and she seemed annoyed by it. I have been unhappy for three days. What can I do to make myself happy? How can I think positivley about it?

Hi Ladyjuliet, Welcome to Godlight. My name is Julie.Have you ever considered Divine healing to heal your cavities? I haven't been to a doctor or dentist in over 20 years. The reason for this is because I have been believing that I walk in Divine health for quite some time now.Whenever I would have a toothache,I would envision God's healing Light going into the tooth and restoring and completely healing it.As you begin this process,at first you will notice that the pain will dull slightly or weaken. You are not imagining this, the healing really is manifesting.Continue with this process until your teeth don't ache at all anymore.Don't give up until you achieve the desired result.Always remember that it is our Divine birthright to walk in Divine health. Having said that,I must address this next issue. You said that you haven't been taking care of your teeth.Walking in Divine health is a two-pronged fork.We must believe in God to walk in Divine health but we also must do our part by taking very good care of our bodies. If you haven't been doing so then start brushing and flossing your teeth daily. Also, for total good health care, eat nutritiously, participate in a regular exercise regimen, drink plenty of fresh water. All of these things will assist you in having a healthier happier outlook on life as well.Alot of people don't know that a nutritious diet and vigorous exercise regimen can help to banish depression.Eat plenty of raw fruit and vegetables, these are loaded with essential B & C Vitamins that help to reduce stress and give you a great feeling of well-being. Pray and meditate daily. As you reach out to the Company of Heaven, they will help to ground and center you. Also they will assist you in getting back your focus as to what is most important in your life and they will help you to focus on your Divine life purpose which always gives you a sense of peace, restoration ,purpose and accomplishment.Say positive affirmations daily.Talk outloud to God about your dreams and desires.Expect them to become your reality and if it serves your Divine purpose ,they will. Surround yourself with other positive people who also are on a healthy spiritual path.Their good intentions will brighten your outlook as you observe them. Please stay in contact with our group.Let us know how you are getting along. At this present time,we are praying for you and sending you healing energy.I look forward to meeting you in the chat sometime. GOD bless Grace

I just don't seem to care about anything else but myself. When I feel something, I just keep feeling it. Is there any advice to help and and to improve myself as a person?

Hi Ladyjuliet, It sounds to me like you require some analysis and therapy for deep level emotional healing. Have you ever considered visiting a spiritual psychologist? I believe it should be a spiritual psychologist because they are trained to address certain areas of spiritual health.Regular clinical psychologists usually don't understand that any physical, mental or emotional wounds have a spiritual root cause and therefore, they probably wouldn't be able to help you with your problems. If you don't know of any spiritual psychologists in your area, find out from your local clergy. They probably would be able to point you in the right direction. Keep in touch with our group and let us know how you are getting on. GOD bless Grace

Similar to what Jackie was feeling, I feel like I am going through the same thing right now in my life, and frankly it's scaring me a bit. A lot of times I don't know if it's my imagination running away with me or if I am actually receiving these visions that I get. I had gone to see a clairvoyant who was referred to me by a friend, and I think after seeing her, she opened up my "third eye" and these channels that I wasn't quite ready for or expecting. Now I don't know where she is and I would like to know how to "shut it off"...is there anyone who can help with this?
