Last night I had a dream:

I was out when I received a call saying that something had happened to a friend of mine. He was attacked and was in the hospital. No one would tell me if he was okay or not and I had to wait until I got to the hospital for someone to inform me. He was ok, but in the ICU. He was hooked up to a respirator and had monitors and tubes keeping him alive. I was so upset, tears were streaming from me and I felt so much anger, and pain, and just so much. Suddenly, he was communicating to me, something, and I understood clearly what he wanted. Later, I ventured to the city with a group of 6 or 7 people. I was going to do whatever it was that I had to do for my friend in the hospital. I was in a very large church, trying to open something I think, and we were in a hurry. Suddenly 2 spirits appeared before me and said "Nathan, NO! you have to leave now."I paid no mind to the spirits, and continued to try and open whatever it was. then they spoke again, and warned me I had to go now. I stopped and felt my surroundings, and ran. I ran for the roof with my companions and suddenly the police were after us and were trying to kill us. For a misunderstanding of sorts. we reached a balcony hight above the city with a beautiful view and just as they were about to open fire on us, the female spirit Spoke and said "God is Never Late." and at that moment there was a loud explosion and a huge flash of Light. I threw my hands out to try and protect my companions and a clear bluish shield like a bubble surrounded us and the light filled everything. It all started fading into dust. I looked at my companions and saw that it appeared some of them were disintegrating, I felt failure within at failing to protect them, and pushed harder. The shield grew brighter and stronger, and suddenly the threat was over. My energy shield lowered and I could see that al of my companions were ok, but we were now standing in an empty barren wasteland. No sign of life whatsoever. and then I woke up. What is puzzling is that, the friend that I felt so much for in the hospital, I only recently met him. He is new to me. Please give me your ideas on this one. thanks.

Here's my thoughts on it Silverwolf.

When I read the post I got the impression at the beginning of it that you have a friend who seems in need. Specifically someone in medical need. Something inside you wanted to respond once you knew so you immediately went to their aide when you found out they were hurt.

The fact that you say he was attacked shows that you feel there is an active opponent, whether its a real attacker in a physical body or his physical body attacking him I didn't know.

Then you said he was ok but in ICU. This seemed contradictory. The ICU stands for Intensive Care Unit which seemed to be a metaphor to me for someone needing immediate love and care. Where the ICU simply meant that the level of need this person has on an emotional or phsycial level is very high and you felt it required immediate attention by a qualified person.

The respirator and monitors etc also seemed like it was for effect to me. Like this person or problem was being monitored and you felt strongly someone should be keeping an eye on it. Those machines do the job of breathing for someone and also they gather information to help in diagonoses and treatment. So on some level you feel this issue requires a lot of attention to be paid, that they are too upset to slow down and breath for themselves or simply out of breath like they've been running fast and hard and are worn out by something.

The tubes keeping him alive could be metaphor for energy cords too. Attachments he's made to keep him alive.

You were upset, felt anger and pain and so much more. It seemed to me that you were picking it up not only from your caring for this person because you are a compassionate man but from the person himself. How much of that was yours? How much is put upon you?

You say then when you were feeling all this emotion he communicated with you. I think that reinforces the notion that this person has tapped into your energy body and is using it to ask for things.

You left the ICU which by the way is also called a Ward, and a ward is something we put up to safeguard us from outside evil influences or negative impact. So on some level are you protecting yourself by placing this person's energy in a warded area? and keeping an eye on it? Subconsciously it seems to be true that you feel some kind of danger here.

You and six or seven friends went into the city together. I felt like these were your guides or your soul group. Going along with you on this journey to help.

This kinda sounded a little like gang mentality, and then with the church thing it really felt to me like you were going up against something much bigger than any of you. The fact that it was a church seemed to mean that you were facing off against God or divine will.

The image of you trying to open something and failing and rushing around trying again, made me think of when I ask for permission to help someone and their guides say no. Then you said that "Suddenly 2 spirits appeared before me and said "Nathan, NO! you have to leave now."" You were being denied access by the guides/angels to whatever it was you were seeking.

That really made me feel like you were in the presence of good beings but that you had gone too far. You were interfereing in things that you didn't belong in. It really felt very strongly to me that you were being warned off by his guides. Gently but firmly told you have to go. They weren't evil beings, because of the church they were just trying to tell you what you needed to know.

I think perhaps where this person is concerned you are exerting YOUR will to help him because he asks you to and he seems to be in such dire need that your heart goes out to him, but the fact is that sometimes its EGO to think you are the one that can do something. I got the feeling very strongly that whatever it is this person is suffering through its a lesson being learned. Its not a disease or injury brought on by negative thinking which can be healed by energy work or healing hands. Its the kind of karmic damage that this soul agreed to work on and now struggles with. He must see that his guides are stopping outside interference so that he has an opportunity to experience whatever it is that he's meant to do.

You left the church to go to the roof. Almost like you were going up, appealing to a higher power, still not convinced that you couldn't help your friend. And what you found was the authorities were out to get you. You had trespassed too far and now there were consequences for all of you who had ignored the warnings offered earlier.

You were high enough up to see what was going on, or your perspective at this point should have allowed you clear vision to see the error of your choice at this point.

That's when the female spirit said "God is never late.". I think she was addressing your concern that this person needed help and if there was a god why wasn't he helping this person? There was a flash of light (god's light) and in its rays only truth can remain. You exerted your will to "save" your friends but some of the crumbled under the pressure anyway. So you got stronger to protect them but to do this you had to draw on your own life energy.

When the light was gone, you were alive with your friends but there was nothing but desolation about you. I think that is a metaphor for when we insist on exerting our will against God's, especially after we KNOW it, we are free to do so but at what cost? To serve your need to help him and the responsibility you felt for him you had to literally risk everything and ignore what you knew, what you'd been shown. To continue to support your desire you had to draw energy but since you were no long connected to the source you had to draw on your own reserves.

Your reserves are limited. This isn't healthy, and if you persist in this path you might well find yourself desolate with no life force around you to draw from, cut off from the source of all things. These sorts of decisions bring weakened immunity, an inability to heal the self. It's important that you recognize as soon as possible that you are misconnected and reconnect through the heart chakra to draw life back into you to restore balance.

This person, whoever they are, needs to address their issues themselves. They need to rely upon their loving guides and trust that they will be alright and have the answers within. You can't do it for them, you can't take this away from them.

The law of grace supercedes the law of karma. Let this person find their way to grace, so their karma can be removed. If you do it for them, you accrue their karma and harm instead of heal others and yourself.

I hope this rings true for you. There is a lot I'm taking on faith here. Be well Wolfie.
