I am at a retreat somewhere in the mountains, and I go for a helicopter ride. The helicopter drops me off on the rim of a crater of an extinct volcano. I am walking along with a guide when I see an unusual plant. I recognise the fruit on it as being mango, even though I know it is not a mango tree. I pick the fruit and show it to the guide - he does not know what it is. Half way around the crater and some strange creature attacks us - straight away, my mango opens up and eats the creature! This is when I wake up! I don't think that there can be something much stranger than a carnivorous mango! lol!  |

...that is a cool dream!!..sounds like a "creature feature".!!!..i can't wait to hear the interpretation of that one my self!!..."I don't think that there can be something much stranger than a carnivorous mango! ".....lol!!..i agree!!

Hi Loz, Another good one from you, you defiantly have interesting dreams..  You are in retreat..mmm interesting phrase, are you retreating from something in your every day life, Or, for some people a retreat is a haven, a sanctuary. I feel this is you retreating into yourself. Its purpose..well look at the dream..you are rising upwards in your helicopter, what a fancy mode of transport, literally being taken straight upwards, and quickly. It also gives you a chance to get an overview of your current situation. Or where you feel you are at in your life at the moment. Mountains can represent obstacles in our lives, but you are using your Helicopter to rise above yours..which is interesting. Using your ability to rise up and get an overview of the situation is the way you overcome them!!! Walking along an extinct volcano..well, volcano's are full of activity below the surface arn't they. They may appear dead or dormant, but there is a heck of a lot of fiery activity going on deep down inside. Is this a aspect of you that you are suppressing?? Your Guide, an Inner Guide your inner voice, higher self. When we dream of fruit , especially fresh succulent fruit this can indicate that a project you are part of or working on is doing well. The strange creature attacking you could be symbolic of a fear that you have, this happens a lot in dreams, where we are attacked by Monsters. The monster is our fears taken shape. Are you fear's and insecurities, making you worry about succeeding in your current endeavors? The fact that your Mango opens up and swallows the creature, to me, mean's that your own optimism and faith in yourself will be the stronger, and consume your fears.. Kaz, I just love your insight into things like this. I am always baffled by why I dream such strange things! You seem to be able to make it so clear, makes me wonder why I didn't see that. It is great to get another viewpoint on such things. Thank you
