Where are the rules for the chat room?

I keep hearing admins say:

you can't speak in foreign languages, it must be english
you can't do readings for guests
guests aren't allowed to do readings
profanity isn't allowed
etc...

Where are these rules posted so one can make sure they understand them before inserting foot in mouth?

We have no rules listed for members at the moment. The rules are only listed in sections of the site for admins. I do feel a lot of people would not read the rules anyway. We have plenty of admins to keep the room in order. So whether rules were shown or not, I bleieve the admins would still have to state the rules all the time. Maybe we will show them in time for everyone else, but at the moment we prefer not to show them.
