Please dont be shy. Come forward and discuss your understanding of your own spirituality. Lots of people are growing and changing right now - it is a time of flux and many people are noticing latent powers in themselves opening up. In dreams you will notice new themes, in life, you will see strange coincidences which seem to be accidental but they have purpose or lead you in a certain direction. Try to understand but post here if anything unusual like this has happened to you and we will see if we can guide or help you to understand - everyone's journey is intensely personal and has meaning only to them but we will help you understand if we can. I see spirituality as an awerness towards all living beings and nature. For me spirituality is not the practice of certain rituals. Rituals and techniques can be tools to help as, but living the knowledge brings the wisdom. Some people are naturally spiritual without doing meditations or certain practices. If you have compassion for your fellow human beings, no matter their race, culture or religion and you are awareness of how we are related to nature, that to me is spirituality. And with that comes a fine sense of energies. If we trust or gut feelings and live our true self, we WILL become more spiritual and will naturally do all the "good" things, like looking after our planet, meditating, and eating and living healhty. What do you think? Heiné

I do agree in principal, Heine, but I feel that spirituality is an intensely personal thing and this, of course, depends on what your higher self has already "programmed" your soul to achieve for you in this lifetime. Perhaps that sounds a bit complicated, but it is not my intention. I believe love is. Nothing more. There is no complication in that. My husband was in the livingroom yesterday watching tv, and I was in the kitchen peeling potatoes. We have been married for 15 years and been together in 7 lives - he came through and before I had turned round said "who is that crying into the potatoes" and he was right - I was! He said "I felt the disturbance in the force" paraphrasing star wars.............I laughed, and the moment was gone but to me it illustrated his spirituality which is as yours is - not an "I believe in angels" sort of thing, but simply living love and compassion - I have to say that he is also not one to suffer fools gladly either, but thats another story.
If you are true to yourself, then as the night follows the day, you cannot be false to any man. Paraphrased a bit, but I believe Shakespeare said that. Love and light Lizzie xx

"For me spirituality is not the practice of certain rituals. Rituals and techniques can be tools to help us, but living the knowledge brings the wisdom". (Hein de Waal) Mar. 25, 2006. *On this page I tend to share a similar vision with our visitor Hein. There are some things that I don't believe in at all. One thing "Karma". Every single life story is unique. Each one we live, we live in the moment called now. Although some people have memories of past lives in their present story, no one has come back to earth to finish a learning experience from a prevoius lifetime. Each life story is an adventure, a personal journey. We change our costume, the stage takes on a new setting, and away we go to live our lives as we so choose. Every experience that we have, whether difficult or fun, allows us the possibility to deepen our love and understanding of self, and as a result, our fellow brothers and sisters. If we live through hardships, it is not a repayment of some "not so nice" action posed in a previous life. It is an opportunity to discover and gain the gift of knowledge, and emotional wisdom, through having lived the experience first hand, here today, in this now. Life is never about punishment. We have nothing to repay to anyone. It is about discovering who we are, through the many hills and valleys that our personal paths will wind through. Adventures are not always easy. This adventure called life, is no different. As a whole, we are living through a most special adventure, we all want to see a change in the collective storyline. Individually, as we grow in love and understanding toward ourselves, we will become more and more {en"light"ened} as we weave our new fibers into the collective fabric of our societies. Light Filled Hugs to all
