ENERGY SHIFT?

Hi all 😊

Just wondering if anyone else is feeling an energy shift either positive or negative? These past few days I have been feeling extremely tired lack of energy and very sensitive...both emotionally and physically and I was curious to know if others are also experiencing this or is it just me? It feels like the energy is building but also draining if that makes sense. I know we are coming close to the full moon which may or may not be causing this...I dont know...so if anyone can add or offer any input into this I would be very interested to learn.

I think Charlie (Ace) could answer this question so well. But maybe he's not available, let me talk about something which has something to do with energy, more or less.

Mrs. A got a telegram. She fainted after reading it. Yes, as you could guess, she got a bad news. But what was really the connection? No way the paper could make her faint like that.
I had a shoulder ache. Though relaxation and/or meditation helped but I had to work, so I tried to bear with it. Anyway, after I applied some herbal palm on it, the ache was gone.
I got a headache, and acupressure did help relieving my pain.

Somehow we cannot separate mind from body. Hence, psychosomatic medicine.

And I think that the full moon might affect our bodies, like rising tide, hence affecting our inner energy.

And you could sense that I don't know much about what I've said in the last sentence above. It was just my guessing.

Yes I was also hoping Ace would cast some light on this too...but hopefully he will see this when he returns and share then.

Anyway...as you have (personally) experienced my (not so positive) energy lately...you can maybe see there is a change happening that we cannot or are unable to fully control.

Only these past 3 or 4 days has this intense but also draining energy come about. Usually i feel a build up before an energy shift but not with this one...it was just like 'bam' it hit me suddenly and out of the blue and I am still experiencing this. I thought at first it must be just me but now for 2 days i have heard other friends saying the exact same.

So here are some of the common symptoms...

Intense sudden anger for no apparent reason
Violent headaches
Lack of energy and excessively tired
Feelings of anxious
Wanting/needing to be alone
A strong feeling of something brewing/building up to an event or disaster...not premonition just intense feeling that a negative energy burst will be released.

One of our friends is feeling quite the opposite to us...she is feeling happy fully of energy and really positive and can't understand what has got into myself or my friends...which seem to irritate us more. Dont get me wrong we're happy for her we're just unable to share in her euphoria.

So I would really be interested in seeing just how many are being affected and what effects they are experiencing?

Ps. I do feel the moon maybe the catalyst for this energy buildup...so it will be interesting to see how this develops during and after the full moon.

Used to always get very hyper and some what wacky in the days leading up to a full moon, haven't noticed anything of late, except maybe a lack of patience, but then that could be the norm.

Thanks for your comment and I also feel similar around and during the full moon...i dont know whether it is because I am a water sign (scorpio) that the moon affects me more or not...but this energy feels different to the usual and definitely more towards the unusual.

Sadly I am not the only one being affected...some friends of mine who were engaged have very publicly ended their relationship and one of them expressing their pain very vocally and in the most public of ways...extremely sad to see and most unexpected. Not one of their friends saw this coming and they seemed so happy up until a week ago so who knows...but it just seems to come with this 'yucky sticky negative energy'.

Anyway I am feeling a little more myself but am very vary of this lingering low energy around. I spent a wonderful day in the garden over the weekend and that really lifted my spirit and energy and I felt revitalised and refreshed...but then again the garden always makes me feel that way lol. It was nice to feel earthed and grounded.

Looking forward to getting back into the forum again and chatting regularly and I hope to chat and catch up with you soon.

Some of the old images did get lost when Leon was fixing the forum. Sorry about yours. Glad you were able to find it again on your pc. This is a notice to anyone who uses photobucket. Do not use it on forum to upload your pictures. Find another image uploading site. Or upload directly from your computer.

I can put images straight from source. For example. If I find a google picture I like, I click VIEW IMAGE then I click on the link in link bar at top of my screen. Then I click on picture icon on the page for creating post. Where a pop up shows a box to paste the link in. Paste it in. But scroll to beginning of link so you don't have the http// bit in twice. you then click INSERT it will show coding on page. You can do what you like with it then to position it. i.e. centre it. Many apologies again everyone for the inconvenience.

The last time I was asked that question or something along the same lines I wasn't going to admit to anything. I received a reprimand from a MASTER or at least a wake up call. I did indeed experience something but it wasn't what I expected. We have had 44 degree temperatures here lately and normally I just survive. But I feel restless and even anxious life is passing me by. What used to be a bother or even a tragedy is now viewed as just another stage in an ongoing life process.

But for what purpose?

Sometimes you expect it to hit you suddenly and sometimes it does. Sometimes you just wake up in the morning and think "you know it just doesn't feel the same". I still am not sure.

But it just doesn't feel the same ....

I was having the same or similar problems signing in and posting. I also have a new smart phone so trying to educate myself with phone workings and the forum is not an easy feat lol.

Hopefully you will be able to offer some insight now Ace (when you get time and a chance) as to what (in the heavens excuse the pun) is going on? Loads are feeling the same low energy or an increase in some people...it just seems really mixed up at the moment. I honestly hope next month feels better than this one...although energy seems more stable than earlier...it still feels different to other shifts...this feels like it's constantly shifting and I agree with Gruntal...it feels different.

Here is my two-cents worth.

We live in an ever-shifting world of energies.. Between highs and lows... When the highs are around we want them to last forever ( which they never do or even maybe, never can) ,,, and when the lows are active we are pushed to seek something else, not always asking what they are trying to teach us or deal with.   Both have their playing out periods and lessons to impart.

These energy cycles can effect us individually .. and also to groups of people living at those vibrational levels and within those energy patterns. Each group or country has their own energy patterns they live in and through.

Some of long term planets:

Pluto the planet of radical changes in the world,, shifting authorities and such is still slowing moving through Capricorn. Causing many shifts in hierarchical systems and forms of governments in the world. (causing more dictatorships or semi-dictatorial people and also challenges to them). We have still have long period of time when those energies will be active.

Saturn has been transiting through Sagittarius which can effects systems of beliefs, religions and so-on.   Saturn as a general energy is more conservative (traditional old-school) in its outlook.  Uranus, the planet of change and future orientations is still transiting through last degrees of Aries. So overall it looks like a struggle of energy between the "Old and New" is part of this cycle a bit. 

Sometimes the only thing we can work on is ourselves... and how we are affected by these changes... we then in turn can help and compassionately effect others.

Short term influences...

 we were just moving thru the emotional and sensitive energy patterns of Cancer  (Moon ruled) this past month... ( Cyberangel i know the Moon is one of your planets)..  It actually shifts today (Saturday)into the sign of Leo (Sun Ruled) and tomorrow (Sunday) is a New Moon ( start of new energy cycle).  See if it feels different this next week or so.

Test - of new way of posting images -- this is picture of Rocky Mountains of Montana from google - where I will be visiting in two weeks.  this seemed to work. .  But how do you post lets say an image one creates on your computer?  you know of any uploading site that did what photobucket did?

Thanks for sharing your understanding on the current and upcoming energy shifts. I found it well said, very informative and highlighting. Since Saturday I have felt a slight let up from this lingering (and disparaging) energy and am hoping for a more positive energy returning.

On a positive note, we (my hubby and I) visited a labyrinth a short drive away. We never knew that there was one so close and have since found out that there are another 2 less than an hour drive away, so we are looking forward to exploring and experiencing them. We returned again on the Sunday to revisit the Labyrinth and I decided to walk it barefooted and it was both a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I have taken some photos and will share them here.

You asked Karen how to share your photos from your pc...well if it’s any help I use a free image hosting sit... here is the link for you and anyone to try it link I have used it before and seems good and is very fast at providing the links. Anyway hope it helps.

It looks like pasting urls into the insert picture works. But uploading does not. The problem must be with proboards who host the forum. Not much we can do about that I'm afraid for the moment. But Leon will work on it to see if there is a remedy. Nice picture Lorraine. I copied and pasted your shortened link into my space bar and was able to see it that way. Still not the same as posting it as part of your post is it.

here is my labyrinth card-poem i did a few years ago.. I made it into a jpg image now and used (imgbb) the same way that was used for previous labyrinth photos.... I had two versions of this card,, one with male on it /this was one with female traveler.

Thanks so much for the help with the photos...I tried several links to try and post and even right clicking didn't show my photos (not on my pc anyway) maybe because I was still logged in IDK. Yes its annoying the other popups but not so much as to stop us visiting or posting. My hubby said its proboards alright someone has got into their codes and written something into it to get the popups...simple to do but not so simple to find the offending coding from what I can understand...Im not a web programmer and I don't pretend to understand the inner workings...Im just happy to turn on the pc and type or point the mouse and let it do its thing lol...anything else is beyond my level of understanding or interest lol.

Ace thanks again for sharing your poem. I remember you posting it before a good while ago and as I was walking the labyrinth I was thinking of you and how you had helped to make one years ago? (if my memory serves me right). If you have no objection I will print out this poem and image and bring it with me on my next visit I think it would be wonderful to read as I step into the labyrinth. I don't know how old it is but my guess is it is a fairly new addition maybe the last 10 years or so...it doesn't feel ancient (or even old) but there is definitely an energy there...a soft subtle one which gently guides you along the path, almost whispering to you as you take each step. Its definitely a journey (towards oneself or ones problems) but it just guides you. When I reached the centre I don't know what made me do it but I just reached up to the heavens with my arms opened, I imagine now it was like I was making a funnel to draw in the positive energy...and I faced the four cardinal points as if drawing the energy in from all directions, this was done subconsciously and really only made me think when I returned home.

Hi Angel,

you have a good memory... yes I did post it years ago. I found file with the original date I wrote it and it was back in March 2001.   I had taken part in creating that labyrinth I was writing about.  I was done two years previously in Ojai, Ca at a Theosophical Study center there called "Krotona".

I also had created a youtube version of poem with me reading it.
