How do we dissolve the blockage?

If we are feeling lost, fearful, sad & totally alone we know deep down that this is not the case since we are forever loved by God and his angels, but what can we do when we lose our faith? What if we feel that nobody wants us? and that even our angels are no longer there for us?
What if we are so stuck that we can't even pray when we need help?

One needs to look within for the answers if you can not see them externally. Imagine that a seed of hope has been planted in your chest, every day love it and care for it. Over time this seed will grow as you care for yourself. Then after a while you will see that its not what others want, it is what you make of your life and the amount of love that you give this seed and yourself that matters. God Bless
