Hello guys, I've been using this meditation technique ( link) for a while now, it is focused on Chakras, since i introduced this practice in my life, i had a lot of positive results (i stopped suffering from anxiety attacks, i'm a lot more focused on what i am doing in the moment etc. It was really a miracle for me and my life..) I would like to know what you guys think about it! Wish you all a good day ^_^

Hi Wanttobefree, Interesting that you posted this today, as you're the second person in two days that i've read recommending chakra meditation. Maybe it's something I should be looking into May I ask whether you practiced other forms of meditation before this and, if so, whether you found it more useful?

Hi Hera,
Before starting with the Chakra meditation, i tried Mantra meditations and the transcendental meditation. With the meditation on the chakras I feel more energetic during the day, and the meditations themselves are better, as the technique I proposed provides the non-thought, unlike the meditation with mantras where I could not reach a deep state as this one. Also The Chakra meditation (at least this technique), is basically an evolution of the transcendental meditation. I strongly recommend to give it a try, so you can choose if this technique it's what you are looking for. :-)

Thank you Wanttobefree, i've been doing some reading and would definitely like to try this form of meditation. Do you know of an audio version which is effective, as i've a lot going on at the moment and some guidance would be helpful. Thanks in advance Hera Edited to Add:.
