It may seem hard for people to accept that god is a god of love , especialy amongst those who have experienced hardship in there lives . but god is love . god has allowed tragic hurtful events in our world that have shocked us and hurt us like 911 and wars and other hurtful acts . but remember god allows darkness for a reason and that is only for teaching purposes .
God also gave us love and allowed love in our world , so if god favoured darkness then he would not have allowed love to be shared between us .
God started life as a spark of light and a feeling of love . god experimented with darkness and suffered from it to learn from darkness and it taught him too appreciate the love and light he was created as .
