Why we feel emotions

As stated in my previous threads .

We are here to learn . and emotions play an important roll in our learning . emotions especially the negative ones can be very powerful and overwhelming .
So why do we feel them and how .

We feel emotions through the chakras of the soul 

The heart chakra we feel love and anger and compassion 
The solar plexus chakra we feel ,

Guilt 
Shock 
Remorse 
Shame
Emotions are signals from heaven by god and the angels , and we feel them at certain times in accordance with actions that we create . god will give us negative emotions when we hurt others and cause discomfort to others . the emotions make us feel bad and its then that we learn from our actions .

Emotions do not come from the brain , they come through the soul through the chakras and they are signals from heaven to guide and teach us 

We also have positive emotions like when we give generously from the heart we feel good this is god rewarding us for good deeds .so good feelings are rewards from god and bad feelings a punishment .

So when you feel either good or bad emotions , know they are direct communication from god and the angels to teach and reward us .

#2 -'Up and till now you thought you were the instigator of your sins and mess ups , but your not . as I said in other threads , we don't have free will so all actions thoughts and deeds are done through us by god and the angels , not by us .

We can't have free will because we need to learn so we are governed and controlled .

When you reflect on your past actions . actions that caused you guilt shame and embarrassment . just know those situations were created for you by god and the angels for your higher learning .

We take responsibility for actions that are done through us not by us '.

Aren't these two conflicting statements cliff? Either we feel emotions because of actions that we have created or those self same actions were created by god and the angels for our learning and we don't have free will so are governed and controlled.
