Here is little mindful Meditation Gif which I recently found.. if one wants to try to meditate with it,,,
they should try to bring their mind to the Present Moment and breathe along with the INHALE and EXHALE.
ON INHALE - Breathing in with the nose as circle image moves forward... holding it for count of one then ON EXHALE - breathing out through mouth as the circle image moves inward and holding it for short count of one before the inhale comes again and so on repeating whole sequence again and again.
Try it for 5- 6 minutes if you can,,, then try it a little longer each day for a week or so. If your mind wanders at all, no judgement, just bring it back to doing the inhale and exhale.
Do the breathing gently and slowly - no forcing it,,,while being mindful of your attention.
Some may find it easier to keep your attention just at the tip of your nose and slowly the whole time, gently watching and breathing in and out of your nose as the circle image goes in and out.

Hi Ace, That looks a simple enough breathing tool, that I think even I can manage it. As you know I have major troubles meditating using breathing techniques. So thank you so much for sharing it. Love and light Kaz
