Music is Such a part of my life, and part of my spiritual experience...so many times music expresses what I Cannot, and I think it's just about the most Wonderful thing ever created
I want to share a couple of my favorite youtube musics that I use as "lead-ins" to meditation (because I often switch to gamma waves for traveling)...in the morning I have a couple of Native American ones that I love:
In the afternoon or evening, or when I want to get Reflective in more of a hurry, I turn to Deuter's music...I first heard his Koyasan album in 2007 and fell in love with That, so it remains my favorite. The link below is for Hands of Love, from that album:
One thing I like about certain musics is that it is easy to create a Visual, someplace to Go when I am entering meditation; part of the time I simply Clear my Mind, but at other times I take myself to the pristine forest of the Beginning, or the orange and lemon groves that Father Time showed me outside of the Crystal City....it doesn't matter Where we go, but for those of us who are Busy before meditating, or who have short attention spans (ahem. I do not know Anything about that, lol), it can help to Visualize someplace. Which is why I love certain musics so much...
Do you have a favorite or two you'd like to share? And the reason for your preference?

Hi Mary Anne,
Finally I/we see you! Thanks for uploading your photo. :-)
P.S. I'm still have a lot of work to do before I could come back here. But I'll try to read all posts as much as I could.
