This morning one year ago my Grandpa,Delbert, went back home(heaven). This day I will celebrate his life and and the tears that come will be of my own, yet he will always BE.I know that he has been by me and my whole family and I just smile when I know he is near and tel him we love him. For I know he will want this day to be a happy one. He is where we all aim to be once we learn our lessons here at school. So I will celebrate his graduation!!! So all who read this say a congrates to my granddaddy!!! I love you Grandpa! jessie

Awww Jessie,
My heart goes out to you, for I know only to well how wonderful a relationship can be with our Grandad's. I adored mine, he was like a father to me, because my own wasn't around much..understatement..lol He bought my wedding dress for me, helped set up home on my own to get away from an unhappy marriage, and did many many other things to many to count that made me feel special and loved.
I still feel him around me, especially when am very unhappy, or afraid..he was 95 when he passed in 1997, and I still miss him with a vengence, every single day. Yes, you Grandpa Delbert will be waiting for you hon..and he will be near you whenever u are sad or in distress. All the happy celebrations to come with your family, he will be there too..
Lets all say, a big I love u, to our Grandad's wherever they are..
