Come on, guys, we all do it or we would go mad. We spend one third of our life in bed and a good ninety minutes of that is spent dreaming. Do share one of them with me and I will see if I can help you unravel its mysteries. The most vivid dream you have is usually around 5am (depending of course on when you get up!) but as you dream in "cycles" your most vivid dream cycle is before you get up, so you can have what are known as "false awakenings" where you dream you have got up gone downstairs and had your breakfast, then you wake up for real! People who have false awakening dreams often are capable of what is known as lucid dreaming, whereby you can wake up within your dream and actually be conscious and fly and feel all the sensations, etc. This has never happened to me, but I have read of such instances. You can even arrange to meet people in your dreams. I hope I can help you to unravel your dreams.

lizzie, have you ever felt yourself return to your body after astrayel travel(I hope I spelled that right,lol).This I have felt a few times. some have desribed it as a feeling of being held down. I seem to do this easily, yet I dont recall were i visited. One I do remeber, was on a country dirt road that i knew I had been before like a picture. one dream I will never forget was one where I had someone tell me something in my sleep.... lights from heaven and earth will come together as one... the weird thing was I did a hand movement in a cross. lights from heaven and earth top to bottom then across was come together as one!!!
my understanding of this is that one day the veil to the spirit world will disolve and we will come together as ONE! I remember sitting up and doing this, I will never forget it. I have soo many dreams you prob would have fun with some of mine lizzie!lol I ll keep in touch. love and light! jess

I have many times tried astral travel but obviously spiritually I am not yet ready for it and the nearest I come to it is to go into an altered state when meditating. It involves tingling all over and feeling as if you are drifting away. I understand the feeling you are talking about and it is really amazing. I would love to experience it myself and you are very lucky to have felt this. The feeling of being held down is actually the "pull of the physical" as you would have to stay connected to your body - often people describe looking back at their body and seeing the spirit connected to their body by a long silver thread stretching out from their belly. Have you seen this? I am very interested in your dream of the lights from heaven and earth coming together as one, this was more like a vision. I have just read a fascinating message regarding the human "rewiring" of our strands of DNA. I will pm you with the details, it is truly an eye opener. I think your understanding is a little off, howeer, and although you are on the right track, the reality I believe is that we are ALL already spirit, and the lifting of the veil will simply reveal that fact, that we are all ONE already, all sparks of the same divine creation. The temperature is going up, and the vibrations in our lives accordingly. Love and light to you Jess - do send me some more dreams. Wonderful material for a riproaring novel, dont you think?! lol

Hi,
Yes, it has happened to me many times, especially if I am worried about oversleeping. Where I have got up gone down stairs, had my brekkie, and been about to go out of the door. Then bump, I wake up. It is really most disconcerting..lol then I think, oh..bleep..I have overslept.
I have had many experiences of lucid dreaming, the only thing I can say is, that as soon as I become lucid..I start to feel weak. If I had been running, I start to tire..and my chest aches..
The last lucid dream I had, was about my mother who had passed away 18months previously.
My two sisters were with me in my old house, a house I lived in with my first husband about 16 years ago. The house, was exactly the same. My sisters and I were in the front room, and strange things started to happen, drawers were coming open by themselves, the lights would flicker. One of my sisters children had been sick..and someone said, who is making the children ill..and causing these strange occurances. I said, well, Mum could be causing the lights to flicker and the drawers to open, but she would never make the children sick. With that, the room, became brighter and brighter, and it was like daylight.This light was amazing. My sister Sue, points to the corner of the room saying look, there's mum. She was suspended in the air, in a column of bright light. We could see her face very clearly and her body, was not male or female. We ran up to her, and I without thinking grabbed her, and was suprised to feel that she felt solid. She looked suprised to when I cried out, I can feel her. She fell to the ground..not hovering angelically anymore..lol She stood there and held our hands over hers and looked directly at me, she was trying to speak, but the noise in the room was tremendous..the noise seemed to be like, wind and this really loud vibration..I could feel the wind whipping up and the noise was getting very loud..I strained to hear what she was saying. She said..Hold onto each other, for me..I was so overwhelmed by emotion, and I knew it was real..not a dream..but my heart in my chest was racing so much, and it ached so much, I could not hold on any longer. I woke very suddenly, heart still racing, and my ears ringing from the noise. I wish with all my heart, that I could have stayed with it a bit longer. I think fear took over...and it woke me..I hope she comes again..maybe she doesn't need to..but one of the things I longed for the most when she died, was to hold her one more time and to kiss her and tell her I loved her..and I got to do that..but the experience got cut short because of my fear..how can I stop this happening again, if I get the opportunity.

Lovely shared dreams karen. Only over time will you have a lucid dream were you do not get so excited. When things are fresh and new like this everyone has a tendency to get just as excited in dreams as we would in normal life. Given time and a few more similar experiences you will be able to hold the experience longer without literally jumping out of your bed. Yes, Kaz, Leon is quite right, it is often our mortal fear which slows down our spiritual growth. I had a very similar experience during meditation whereby I jolted myself out of an altered state because I was so shocked at having got into it in the first place.
When you want something very badly there is a lot of emotion tied up in the experience and you will find that emotion does one of two things, if it is good emotion, i.e. love, it will emphasise and electrify and energise the experience to make it more real and "solid" - emotion is like plugging experiences into an electric socket, but it can also drive away the experience as in negative emotion like fear or worry or anxiety. Remember "perfect love casts out fear" and if you bear in mind that spirit is pure love and we are predominantly spirits having a human experience, your love will help you to overcome your fears. Your fears are simply based on the uncertainty or unusualness of the experience and not because you are afraid of your mother or even of anything happening to you. You have perfect love with you all the time, you simply have to quiet your fears by invoking that love. Try a mantra of "Peace, Be Still, and Know that I am God" or Perfect Love Casts Out Fear and you may find that this overrides your fear.
If you still feel frightened, you MUST read Immaculee Ilibigaza's book "Left To Tell" - it will help you to understand what real fear is and how to overcome it. She survived the Rwandan Genocide in a tiny bathroom for 90 days with six other women, and the killers were outside chopping her neighbours to bits with machetes. She survived purely by faith and she had a huge battle with herself and eventually came to forgive the killers of her whole family. I did not understand what fear was until I read that book.

Hi lizzie! I had another tornado dream last night! lol yest. I asked my spirit guides to tell me more about the tornado or changes coming. to my surprise they kinda redid the other dream I think. The tornado was coming I was out with the kids and saw it. We went to a car dealership (wich my husband works at a car dealership) we walked through it,one guy was nice to us and we got to the basement this time there were even more kids alot,lol it took a long time to get them all down there. Then we were back upstairs storm missed us. I saw the bathrooms and thought should I go then thought no the guys were gong in there and I knew it would be stinky. then saw a another tornado cloud I knew it was coming. got everyone to start going back down this time I thought Ill be lucky if I make it down cause so many kids. we all got down and it ended up being a ramp. some of the kids went up the ramp, yelled for them cause I knew they would not be safe from tornado. after storm went up and some kids they thought were gone were covered with a blanket.yet when I pulled the blanket off they came back alive. sorry so long had another but I dont want to bore you..lol just thought it was neat cause I asked for clarification on these tornado dreams. so maybe there will be some changes at husbands work? third tornado dream so I know that something must be coming. Right you are, Jess. Amazing stuff - having the dream again is very definitely your spirit guide giving you another opportunity to understand and even the fact that you remember it vividly and are asking me what it means, that too is guidance - First of all I think knowing the tornado was coming and you were with the kids means that you are aware of changes/winds of change coming, and you will be aware in a way the children will also understand. Going to a place of travel - ie the car dealership - probably means part of you wants to travel away from the experience as you are sure it will shake things up tremendously and part of you loves the idea of a shake up and the love is represented by the fact that your husband works there. ONE GUY WAS NICE TO US I think is really the fact that there will be one person who will make things clear to you and going to the basement - this means that this one person who makes thing sclear will take you to the root, base of the matter. Lots of kids - your many childhood experiences, which have to be sifted through for relevance to the present. Storm missed us but you know it will be back. You knew something bad would smell - there is a strange symbolism here, the basic functions in life, ie toilet, are necessary to all, and also they are a bit unpleasant, but must be dealt with if you see what I mean?! The winds of change are very much blowing for all of you right now, but it could also relate to childishness on your husband's part, and you want to remain young, childlike whilst he wants to grow up, move on, change you?! I feel there is a lot of spiritual material here, but it certainly is neat, and the more you ask for further clarification the more answers you will get. Try the idea of asking then opening the bible and you will be surprised what jumps out at you!! I hope I have helped a little. Tornado seems to very definitely be change, but violence is implied too in some way so keep your head down, girl!!

Hi,
I had this dream last night witch I think I understand the message. Tell me what you think?
I dreamed that I was at the top of a canyon and looking down. I knew I had to go to the bottom. There was a real big rope and I held onto it. I started down the canyon I was going down real smoothlyand kinda bouncing off the walls (kinda like those mautain climbers) As I got closer to the bottom I realized how really far down it was and that I ended up in a spot that no one had been before. The terain was different rocky and and I remember kinda orange in color.When I got to the bottom it was pitch black, I kinda got scared. Then a flash of me going into a tool shed, it was loaded with tools and stuff but a real mess. i remember thinking were am I, I saw a bike and a back door and thn knew I was in someones garage. I was looking for a flashlight so I could find my way out of the canyon. then I searched my pockets and found this real little device with a small light on it, yet I knew it would not help me out.I needed a bigger light a flashlight. Then realized that I would not find one qnd if I did the batteries would be dead cause the kids always play with them. It would be a miricale if I found one. Then a girl came along and said I will go find someone to help you get out. She went off and next thing, I saw her kinda drugged up with some friends singing. She had met this guy who liked to play pool. So she turned her room into a pool haul. She was not thinking straight. Then a phone rang and she went to anwer it. she came too and she realizwed she had not done what she supposed to. Get help.
Very interesting dream I know that I am being guided. tell me what you think

Thats a really busy dream you had there Sunflower.....it will be interesting to see what Lizzie makes of it...
I too had a dream last night...I used to belong to a Field Archery club which is based in Aberystwyth. We haven't been for a long time..since we moved to live in Tywyn, it just made the half hour journey annother twenty minutes longer, and being held mid week mean't my youngest son who came with us, really tired for school the next day. So we left..found our own wood, and started a field archery club of our own..this is the dream...
We were all kitted out for a day in the woods..wearing our bracers and carrying our bows. My friends and I..we were a group of about 15. We had been walking for a while. and I decided to take them back to the original club. Where I learn't to shoot. We walked into the hall..and everyone stared..
I thought, these archers are part of the same club, they are two parts coming back together.. I need to say something, so they feel at ease with each other. I was really nervous, because, allthough individually I am at ease talking, in front of a group, I get nervous.
Heart beating really fast, I stand up and say..look guys, u are all part of the same group..we have just been apart for a while..you belong together, so lets have some fun..its full here tonight, so only 10 archers shooting at a time..lets get going..
It felt really nice, as if we were whole again..

OUTWITH YOURSELF, AND THERE IS ALSO NO HELP TO BE GAINED FROM ANYONE ELSE THEREFORE THE OBVIOUS PLACE LEFT TO LOOK IS WITHIN. TRUST THAT WHEN YOU ARE GOING DOWN INTO THAT CANYON YOU ARE DESCENDING TO A PLACE WITHIN YOURSELF INTO YOUR SOUL AND YOU WILL FIND THE HELP YOU NEED IN THERE. I THINK YOU ARE BEING TOLD NOT TO BE AFRAID OF GOING DOWN DEEPER INTO MEDITATION OR EVEN TRYING TO USE SELF-HYPNOSIS – DO THIS BY SIMPLY COUNTING BACKWARDS AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW MUCH DEEPER YOU CAN GO.
Dear Jess, what a wonderful dream – do not have any doubt your guides are telling you that if you go deeper you will be rewarded. The depths of the mind are often symbolically referred to in dreams as canyons/gorges so this is not unusual. You feel as if you should have some help or understanding but if you trust that you have what you need already, you will have it. I asked for some guidance last night when I went to bed, and when I opened up my new Testament bible I had this “they seek for the kingdom of God here, but it is not here, or there, for the kingdom of God is within you” – meditate on that and god bless

YOU MAY FIND IF YOU DON’T “GET IT” YOUR DREAMING MIND WILL GIVE YOU THE MESSAGE AGAIN BUT HOPEFULLY WE HAVE HELPED A LITTLE SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND JUST WHAT IT IS YOU HAVE TO DO.
Imagine every person you meet now as yourself, and next time you feel the urge to get angry, send out a message of love and light, or a message as I do – simply say “I am sorry, I love you, and thank you” and you are healing that part of yourself which has created the outer circumstance in which you find yourself in, or the person who caused this difficulty. All things are here for a reason, often the reason is not clear to you, but if you realise we are all one then you cannot hurt another without hurting or suffering consequences yourself.

Thanks again! you are very good at dream interp. I kinda had a idea of the meaning and you added to it and it does make real sense. I like your idea of opening the bible and getting guidence. I do use tarot and guide cards as well but I always get amazed at how they get the info to me in my dreams. some nights I feel so connected that it is comforting and I dont wasnt to wake,lol! I really do need to start to meditate more. Thanks again!!!!

Thanks for your kind words Jess. I agree with Leon, any book will give you guidance, even the words of a song, or meeting a person - guidance comes in very unexpected ways! I am glad my interpretation made sense, and I agree with you about not wanting to wake up some nights. As I awoke this morning, I asked for guidance, and into my mind suddenly flashed a heart with a finger pointing upwards which I took to mean "let my heart lead the way today" and I thought that was such an amazing symbol!!

Thank you so much for responding to my dream....
The way you interpret the symbolism in the dream makes it look too easy..I know how skilled you are to be able to draw out the meaning and symbolism in there..
I must admit when I typed it and read it back, the language I was using about drawing both sides back together, made me think..mmm..this could be about my every day conciousness and my higher self, or my divinity. Coming together..I had been aware that for a couple of years now at least, I have been supressing the spiritual side of my nature..if not supressing it, just simply not allowing it to find an outlet. I have been under a lot of stress, pressure on me at work and at home..so I suppose I simply haven't had the energy. But u know how these things work Lizzie..we ignore our spirituality at our peril..it comes at you and bites u on the bum..so u have to take notice..lol
I read your rewiring of humanity..it is extremely interesting..it would be nice to chat about it with u sometime...I am a complete novice about light workers..but from what I have read..I guess, it is a path I have always lead..and would love to learn more about it..

I had this dream last night:-
I found myself at a small hotel I used to work at many years ago. I needed to go upstairs to my room, to get away from some people who were in the bar and who didn't like me. To get to my room I needed a ladder..as I climbed the ladder..and reached the top, the ladder started to wobble, and move away from my room. I was terrified I was going to fall. A young man, I used to know was nearby and I called out to him to help me. He heard me and came to my aid. He lifted me down.
I then found myself sat in the bar area, where there were alcoves where people could sit and drink and talk privately. I was sat chatting to a friend of mine who had wanted to see a visiting medium. For some reason, this medium could not see my friend. As luck would have it, the medium, came into the bar and sat down at the table next to myself and my friend. I introduced my friend to her..Julie was her name. As were were talking, I became aware of a cold drought surrounding us and to my right. I said to the medium, I think someone is here..she said good girl, there is. Then out of the corner of my eye..I saw these bubbles and wisps..
The bubbles became very clear, and I could distinctly see there were at least 6 or 7 of them together grouped..they danced about as if in formation. Around them was swirling mists..I felt so happy. I could see them. Not sure what they were, but I felt they were more spirit. I was happy, because for the first time, I could see little shapes, instead of a cold energy.
I would be interested to see what u make of that Lizzie..

ESCAPE FROM REALITY – PEOPLE WHO DON’T LIKE YOU GIVING YOU A HARD TIME, OR A NEED TO ESCAPE FROM THE ROUTINE OF LIFE To get to my room I needed a ladder..THIS IS QUITE LITERALLY CLIMBING THE LADDER AS IN A CAREER CLIMB OR A CLIMB UP TO A HIGHER PLACE/HIGHER PLANE as I climbed the ladder..and reached the top, YOU WILL REACH THE TOP IN YOUR CHOSEN FIELD SHOULD YOU SO DESIRE, I FEEL YOUR GUIDE IS LETTING YOU KNOW THIS IS YOUR SOUL’S PURPOSE TO DO SO the ladder started to wobble, BUT NOT WITHOUT SOME PLANNED DIFFICULTIES, I.E. YOUR SOUL HAS PLANNED THESE THINGS FOR YOU ALONG THE WAY TO GIVE YOU GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR OWN SPIRIT and move away from my room. FREEFALL IN LIFE IS THE MOST LIBERATING THING THERE IS BUT YOU ARE NOT YET READY FOR THIS – ALL IS ILLUSION, AND YOU ARE AFRAID OF FALLING I was terrified A FEAR OF FALLING IS A CLASSICAL DREAM SYMBOL OUTLINING YOUR OWN INNER FEAR OF FAILURE AND LETTING GO OF EARTHLY DESIRES IN FAVOUR OF SPIRITUAL ONES I was going to fall. YOU WON’T YOU KNOW!! A young man, I used to know PART OF YOUR PAST – A PAST LIFE CONNECTION PERHAPS? was nearby and I called out to him to help me. YOU KNOW YOU HAVE HELP CLOSE BY SHOULD YOU NEED IT AT ANY TIME He heard me and came to my aid. He lifted me down. RESCUED BY YOUR PAST/RESCUED FROM FALLING AND FROM FAILING IN FACT.
I then found myself sat in the bar area, where there were alcoves where people could sit and drink and talk privately. QUITE LITERALLY LITTLE COMPARTMENTS OF YOUR LIFE/PAST LIVES (IF YOU BELIEVE IN PAST LIVES!) WHERE PEOPLE EXISTED PRIVATELY I was sat chatting to a friend of mine who had wanted to see a visiting medium. For some reason, this medium could not see my friend. As luck would have it, the medium, came into the bar and sat down at the table next to myself and my friend. AN OPPORTUNITY AROSE IN THE DREAM TELLING YOU THAT IF THINGS LIKE THIS KIND OF SYNCHRONICITY COME UP IN YOUR LIFE YOU MUST LEARN TO SEE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM AS HERE. I introduced my friend to her..Julie was her name. SHARING YOUR GOOD FORTUNE IS IMPORTANT TOO, KARMA. As were were talking, I became aware of a cold drought surrounding us and to my right. I said to the medium, I think someone is here..she said good girl, there is. Then out of the corner of my eye..I saw these bubbles and wisps..OFTEN PEOPLE SAY THAT YOU CAN SEE GHOSTS FROM THE CORNER OF YOUR EYE – THIS SEEMS TO BE WHERE THIS IDEA COMES FROM – OR AT LEAST SPIRITS OF THOSE WHO HAVE PASSED OVER – THEY MAY WELL LOOK LIKE BUBBLES OR WISPS, OR THE BUBBLES AND WISPS COULD BE DREAM SYMBOLISM FOR LIGHT OR WISPY IMAGES.
The bubbles became very clear, AND THEY WILL FOR YOU IF YOU CONTINUE TO MEDITATE AND ASK YOUR GUIDE FOR HELP and I could distinctly see there were at least 6 or 7 of them together grouped..they danced about as if in formation. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE ENERGY SURROUNDING AND PERMEATING ALL THINGS WHICH IS EVER PRESENT TO ALL. I LIVE IN IT AND SEE IT ALL TIMES, ESPECIALLY IN A SEXUALLY AROUSED STATE – BUT IF YOU TRY THIS – SIT QUIETLY IN NORMAL DAYLIGHT, PREFERABLY NEAR WATER, AND THEN JUST GENTLY BLUR YOUR EYES, AND THE ENERGY SURROUNDING ALL THINGS BECOMES PRESENT TO YOU. THIS IS WHAT I THINK THIS REFERS TO – THE INTERCONNECTION OF ALL ENERGY FORCES ALL AROUND US. Around them was swirling mists..I felt so happy. YOU WILL WHEN YOU SEE THEM. I could see them. Not sure what they were, but I felt they were more spirit. I was happy, because for the first time, I could see little shapes, instead of a cold energy. LITTLE SHAPES ARE SIMPLY THE FORMING TOGETHER OF THE ENERGIES. ALL THINGS ARE ENERGY AND MADE UP OF ENERGY FORMS AND DO NOT EXIST UNTIL WE BRING THEM INTO EXISTENCE. YOUR DREAM IS TEACHING YOU THIS AND YOU ARE COMING TO LEARN IT IN YOUR LIFE. IF YOU ARE TO LEARN FURTHER ASK FOR GUIDANCE AND MEDITATE REGULARLY AT LEAST 20 MINUTES PER NIGHT AND IMAGES WILL BEGIN TO COME TO YOU. THIS IS HOW IT HAPPENED FOR ME.

i dreamd that my mum had a baby boy. and she left him with us " my sister and i" in the dream i was washing the baby and playing with him.. trying to make him smile.. he was so cute. beautiful baby. he even talked lol in reality my mother is not married. and both of my parents dont live with us. im wondering what this dream means  hope its a good thing ;D Thank you Lizzie for this nici topic |

i dreamd that my mum had a baby boy. I BELIEVE THIS IS YOU - IN YOUR INFANCY - YOUR MOTHER RE-GIVING BIRTH TO YOU - YOU WISH FOR THE PEACE AND SANCTITY OF CHILDHOOD WHEN YOU WERE THE ONLY ONE WHO MATTERED TO YOUR MOTHER, AND YOU HAD HER WHOLE ATTENTION AND WERE HAPPY. and she left him with us " my sister and i" SHE GAVE YOU MORE RESPONSIBILITY AND ALTHOUGH YOU TOOK ON THE MANTLE OF RESPONSIBILITY YOU DID NOT REALLY WANT THIS BUT ACCEPTED IT AS INEVITABLE. in the dream i was washing the baby and playing with him.. trying to make him smile.. he was so cute. beautiful baby. he even talked lol THIS IS YOUR SMALLER/CHILDLIKE SELF TRYING TO TELL YOUR ADULT SELF THAT YOU NEED TO PLAY AND RELAX MORE AS AN OLDER PERSON NOW, YOU NEED TO LEARN TO CONTACT THAT CHILD PART OF YOURSELF AND REMEMBER WHAT IT IS TO BE SMALL LOOKED AFTER AND NURTURED. EVERYONE COULD BENEFIT FROM DOING THIS - AS ADULTS WE ARE PUT UPON WITH STRESS AND RESPONSIBILITY TO SUCH AN EXTENT WE FORGET HOW TO ENJOY OUR SELVES.

REALITY NEVER MATCHES DREAMS, VERY RARELY - DREAMS ARE SYMBOLS FOR WHAT WE NEED TO LOOK AT IN OUR CONSCIOUS LIVES .

Thank you Lizzie :-) few hours ago i was watching a baby and her mother was giving her a kiss. i imagined myself being a baby and loved by my mum.. babies are not judged and loved always. now that im reading your message, i think it's so right. Thank you  hope you have a nice day ;D |
