We live in an age of information so quite naturally things are more likely to be seen objectively and that can be very embarressing if facts and figures prove them wrong. On the other hand I am amazed at how utterly complex the world is now that we have access to so much of it. Plus how little can be felt or known at the primary source. We have literally millions of researched contributions of data and/or news that we will never have the time to actually verify personally.
I am betting my version of reality is the best but I need a few more years to actually complete my studies. Some things will have to be redone. Over time I discover a few more errors in my calculations. I get so tired. What I thought was round I notice is actually square and vice versa.
Due to bad economy and budget cuts they don't have the funds to have me committed so I safe for now . Oddly after some thousands of years the human race still just wants to be safe. I guess a good refuge never goes out of style ..........

Actually to me, 2000 yrs ago when you saw and heard things you knew it was and didn't question the fact that it was God.
In today's day in age...you talk yourself out of what you just heard or saw. And if that doesn't work you take a "pill" to get over it.
Blessings to all Dee

Hi all,
That's so true Dee... (I'm still laughing) but you forgot one more thing... if the pill doesn't work, then they lock you up... lol... that's progress!
God bless, Silvia

Nanci, I've also heard and saw things. When I tell people (such as family...let me be more specific lol my mom and dad) they thought I was crazy. One night when I lived in my old house (not the condo I just left) I was putting my daughter into my bed (she was about 3yrs old or so). The room was totally dark (my house was in the woods so when the lights were out the room was totally dark) and when I pulled back the covers of my bed to put my daughter in I saw a flash of light! The flash was so bright that I went to turn on the lights to see what was in my bed. I went back to the bed and looked down and it was a diamond ring! I looked at it over and over and knew instantly it wasn't one of my rings. No one, absolutely no one had been in my room. I didn't really allow people to come upstairs because there was no reason...and besides no one had been to my home anyway! So I put the ring on and it was a perfect fit! I wore it for awhile and one day my mom asked where did I get such a beautiful ring. My first response to her was "God gave it to me!" Of course my mom told my dad and they both spent HOURS trying to convince me that either I had it already and put it into the bed or someone left it in my bed by mistake. It was no convincing me however. lol That's one of the reasons my parents think I'm crazy lol Anyway about a few months later I took it to a jeweler to see if it was real. Of course it was...it was made of fine italian gold, 6 or 7 baget diamonds and the total carat weight was about 2 1/2 carats. That's how amazing God is! I've never really told anyone that story because I didn't want to endure the same ridicule that I got from my own parents! LOL I even questioned myself once or twice! But God told me that was a gift from Him to me so that I would know He loves me. Whenever I was stressed or sad, I would look down at my hand and smile. Don't ask me what happened to the ring! My heart still hurts over it. Blessings to you all, Dee
