Hi all. I wonder if any of you might have a take on an experience I had last night. I meditated as usual and went into an altered state. This is as Leon says, if you recreate the circumstances in which you feel this, you can feel it again, and it deepens. So far, I have had no further communication with any of my guides or any spirits. I feel I cannot and must not rush this but wait for them to get in touch. I very clearly saw a person riding a bicycle however, and as I ride the bicycle to work every day I felt this was me. I dont know what message I could get from that really, other than to be careful on it?!
In the middle of the night however, I clearly and distinctly heard a loud cat calling. It woke me up out of a very deep sleep. Our cat was downstairs with my husband in the living room (he likes to stay up late but I go to bed early) so it definitely was not my cat. I felt again that it was our deceased cat Tigger getting in touch through my dreams. Do you remember that we mentioned before that perhaps it is easier for animals to contact us because there are no expectations and it is a forerunner for human spirits to contact us if we can accept that animals can contact us easily?
What do you think? There was no message, but it was loud and clear the sound. I really thought it was real, but it was only in my dream. I have never been woken right up out of a dream like that.
