I was in a large field - I think others were there - it was windy - I was trying to get my paycheck which was folded up very small and in a very small envelope - it kept flitting in the wind and I couldn't quite grab it - then on a hard wind it was blown away - I remember feeling despair - then it dropped out of the sky right above me straight down into my hands.

To see green fields in a dream symbolises great abundance, freedom happiness and growth. The field is a large one, which would indicate a lot of growth is happening to you at this time, in your field of interests and through personal and spiritual growth.

Land in dreams, also represents nurturance and the need to be grounded. This I take to mean, that there is also an emphasis here on seeking within for a strong foundation. I would say, use this time, to consolidate, all that you have learned and achieved up to date.

The wind in dreams can denote changes, the stronger the wind, the bigger the changes. This to me would say, that the current situation of not seeing your labours bear fruit in a way that would bring you more of a sense of accomplishment, will change and improve.

This change manifests itself in the dream, when as you say, "suddenly at a point when you were feeling the most despair over this, the pay check drops directly into your hands from the sky above". Now this is a very positive end to the dream, because the sky represents, lack of limitations, the sky is the limit literally. Indicating a movement toward your highest goals, all that you could want or hope to achieve for yourself, through freedom and expansion.

I would say that this is a positive dream, Ricky. You are going through a period of great self growth. There is an abundance there, so even if on one level, you may feel that you lack recognition or acknowledgment for what you do in monetary terms,or from your peers, you are learning a lot and accomplishing much from this period.

Many people see success in terms of finance, but for you I feel that you do understand that not all success and satisfaction in life, has to be measured in monetary terms. Though lack of money at times may be causing you some concern.

The dream ends on a very positive note, it would indicate that you are on the right path, what you need will come to you and through your current endeavors, you have no limits to what you can achieve. The sky truly is the limit..
