The first dream..
In dream symbology, the house is symbolic of you, and each room in the house is an aspect of you and your personality.
In your dream you say you saw a Brown wall. The colour Brown represents grounding. This means your connection to the earth, your reality. A wall in dream symbology is a block or obstacle. It walls you off from other people, but not in a good way, because it locks you in. This can exhibit itself in rigid behavioral patterns. As you were only 4yrs old at the time. It might indicate that as a child you were restricted in some way. Even if this was purely for your own safety, a child needs to feel it is able to be free and explore its world. Only you know if this is meaningful to you.
In dream symbology, the shadow can represent the dark side of our nature. It represents everything that we wish not to be. It is also the unused or rejected side of ourselves and our emotions. It is the dark side of the self that we refuse to recognise. It is the repressed aspects of the self. Again, you were very young at the time of this dream. But it indicates that there may have been something happening in the environment around you, that was having a strong affect on you, in some way you might have been trying to disassociate yourself from it.
On a lighter note Kat, this does also remind me of a scene from the children's story, Peter Pan. Is it possible as a young child, you may have watched it? Often what we see on TV, or read in a book comes out in our dreams.
The second dream...
In your dream you are driving up a Mountain. In this dream, the car symbolises how you get through life, it represents your own personal energy. You are driving the car yourself, which shows that at the time of this dream, you are in control of your life, you are in the driving seat. Now in the dream you are driving up a mountain. Mountains in dream symbology, represent, perspective, clarity and spiritual awareness. Clouds represent a rising in your spiritual consciousness.
The clouds in the dream are Grey, Grey can indicate fear. This is not unusual for someone embarking on a direction in life that is new to them. It also might indicate that in yourself you are unsure and fearful of what the future holds. But, in the dream you are climbing up the mountain, indicating that you are going in the right direction, and growing from life's lessons. So this is very positive and is a reflection of your life as it now unfolds.
The car goes over the ledge of the mountain. Now to me, this is about taking a leap of faith. Indeed in your next words, you say, " and my heart is fluttering like when you go down on a roller coaster ", the same butterflies that you feel for a thrilling ride, but a element of fear is there because it is risky.
I feel in the affirmation you say at the end of your dream, "God's Will Be Done" says it all. You take that leap of faith, with all your heart. You are afraid and excited all at the same time. That is what life is like Kat, sometimes we have to take the risk and jump into the unknown, because intuitively we know, what is ahead is far better then what we have left behind.
I would say that this is a very positive dream Kat, indicating that you are making progress and growing in your personal and spiritual development. I would suggest, that you might find it useful to keep a dream diary or journal. Our dreams are a rich source of insight, guidance and inspiration. They can help us at times to understand how we are feeling and why.
Dreams can also show us a different way of looking at a situation. Our higher self, nudging us towards a different way of thinking and showing us ways of rising above difficulties, that in waking life we cannot always see.
