Hello all...after negotiating through the technical jungle I have come to a clearing in the woods...and so: my basic intro (for all those interested.)
I had sworn off chat rooms years ago after a druid midget stole my Vespa (after mentioning its whereabouts) and a neopagen witch cast a spell on me which turned me into one-eyed stuttering auctioneer. Well, I recovered nicely from both of those unsavory episodes and am here to say "Hi" to the nice people of "The God Light."
I saunter in to chat at unexpected times (i.e. full moons, equinoxes, down time, when I am sleep-typing on high doses of Ambien, etc.) and have enjoyed the basic "vibe" there when some regulars are present. My typing skills are not fast enough to have complex conversations,so you will usually find me responding in semi-coherent grunts and pigeon English, but all with the intention of helpfulness.
My basic background: teacher since 1986; studied with various Asian masters since 1991; Raja yogi; ongoing student of Kriya Yoga, Vedanta, Zen Buddhism and Sufism; published author; national speaker (US); education director; a stunning specimen of 6' 2" protein (at least the housekeeping staff that I pay well to say so, say so); open to discussing various spiritual topics, sharing a few laughs and spreading good will.
Stop by, say "hi," and make sure to remove all sharp objects from your pockets before entering the premises.

I'm sure that with the all the friendliness that you'll receive here in Godlight that in no time you'll not only feel safe but feel as though you've joined the Godlight family. 
I know that's been my experience and many others will agree with me.
