It really has helped.
I was truly beginning to loose confidence in being a nurse. You said id receive a letter or phone call. I did have an encouraging phone call from a friend last night .
I also had a dream last night of a letter on red paper. but I didnt feel to good after the dream. Someone was reading the letter very clearly and slowly and it read something like this "In accordance to the lord God above one of the three situations will occurr

1. you will be dissolved
2. you will be chastised or
3. you will be discussed.
It un nerved me a little bit as ( and you are correct again) a not so very nice situation has occurrred and ive been hauled into it. I approached one nurse about an unfair comment she wrote in my feed back document for placement. I explained the negative effect that her manner has been having on me while on placement. Since then I was called into the managers office to say that I shouted at this girl, I was aggressive with her and that I compromised her dignity. I was also told that she has three witness( 2 nurses and one doctor) . I was astoundingly shocked. I cant believe this. Someone there is lying ! Either the managers are lying about what she said or she and the others involved are lying. I was not believed and they just didnt seem to want to understand me. I was told that Im extremely defensive and that I am not good at taking feed back and that they have concerns about me passing. Ive been feeling really low since this . Im really sick of the bullying thats going on . The dream of the letter ( as I said) has un nerved me, as its lead me to think they are still not finished with giving me crap and playing out their unfair power games. Ive decided this morning to get on to my nurses union and discuss all the unfair treatment I have experienced in this final year to date and to see if they will support me on my final placement should any rubbish arise there or any questioning on me passing. I am using affirmations to say that I have passed with flying colours , but Im also going to try get advice and back up in case I should need it.
