Look at your diet, are you eating enough fresh fruit and vegetables. Are you drinking enough water. Avoid processed foods containing sugar and white flour. Adopt a healthier lifestyle. Get out into nature more, especially near bodies of water. A body that is not healthy or made sluggish from a poor diet and lifestyle will affect every area of your life. Have you noticed how tired and sluggish you feel. How difficult it is to make decisions and keep a clear head.
