May I have a reading please.
I am changing my life. I am no longer sedating myself, have set boundaries with people who have been consistently offensive to me and my family, have started a candida cleanse and feel that I am going to find out who I really am out of all of this.
The transition however, is challenging and I feel like I could use some help. I continue to rehash old hurts/painful situations and feel stuck.
I can see the up side of where I am. I am calmer, more clear and consistent in my approach and taking care of things more regularly. I am not as focused due to the cleanse, I imagine, and yet overall, I know that I am in a better place.
Can you suggest something to either help me get past this stage more quickly, or give me suggestions to get past the old stuff and move on to a brighter perspective.

If you are stuck or blocked in a situation and The Laume turns up in a reading, you probably need to stop focusing on what you are trying to accomplish, and simply give to others—freely and generously and unconditionally.
Try a few random acts of kindness, unconditionally given, of course. Go do some volunteer work somewhere. Mow your elderly neighbor's lawn or take homemade soup or some flowers from your garden to someone you know who is ill. Give some help to a coworker just because they need it. Give to a needy stranger, whether or not you think he deserves it. Take flowers into a hospital and give them to a stranger at random. Or give them to a nurse, with compliments from the universe. Give a bit more than you think you can afford; go a little further than you think you reasonably can. Empty your wallet or purse of all your cash for a beggar on the street. I believe the struggle is over and the stuff that I'm going through is left over stuff from before. I believe that I'm out of this awful cycle I've been in for the last 5 yrs or so.

The card that was drawn for you Dee was Luathas the Wild.
This card says that wild creative energies being brought to whatever position it represents in the card layout. It often fires up the things (represented by other cards) that surround it, energizing them as well. It tells us that it is important to think and act creatively, and it says that the energy to do so is available. New approaches are called for here. Old ideas and old behaviors will not do it.
