Confusion

I am searching for some understanding of a dream I had that is so vivid in my mind as a message I am supposed to understand.

I dreamt that I was driving a Semi Truck into a long narrow box when I reach a dead end. I stop and I think if I hit the gas I will go up (not forward) and have the distinct feeling of finding happiness. The other option is to back out where I see trees that I will have to navigate through to find my path. Then I see myself putting down a board to back over into the trees. I wake up -

I can't get this dream out of my head - Any idea's what this dream means?

Trucks vehicle of transportation, in dream-scape are symbolic of movement or how we convey ourselves symbolically thru life, the mode of and speed in which we travel. You are driving this truck yourself, which is good because it indicates that you are in charge!!

You are driving your vehicle into a narrow box, do you feel boxed in! You say that it is hitting a dead end!! This is similar to me as boxed in!! This could indicate that you feel that you are not getting anywhere in your life or simply that you have hit a dead end, and thought is needed as to where to go from here.

There is another option, you back up, or reverse, go back to a point where your options were a little clearer!! There are tree's ahead..tree's are symbolic of the family, security putting down roots. Are the tree's healthy and full of leaves or are they bare and sad looking?? You then have to navigate your path, I think navigating your path is a good word here, we all have to plot a course, it helps us to think through things carefully.
