I found that since I switched to firefox,I have more stability in the room and have less connection problems and also less interference from ads. I would like to amend my prior post.Apparently most people find that Internet Explorer is the best browser for them to use when they are on the site as Leon had designed the pages in Godlight with I.E. So,use whichever browser you feels works best for you.Most prefer Internet Explorer and some prefer Firefox.  |

I can't get on chat either anymore. It has stopped working for me for months, with my ID. I tried connecting as guest, and that did not work either, nor did creating a new ID. It just keeps saying it cannot authenticate me.

Hi Eleda, I'm sorry,quite a few of our members have had problems with their user ID's.Keep trying to get into the chat by trying the links above.The second one may work for you if the first one doesn't. Also,wait for several minutes if you have to,to get into the chat.Lately,sometimes it's been taking a few minutes to authenticate. |

Fyi, still no luck. I've tried both links, using my existing ID, a new guest ID, and creating a new ID. I've tried different days, different times, etc. It just no longer works. I wonder why.

I managed to make a profile yesterday. The only way at the moment to do this is to put as little detail as possible when signing up. Put unspecified as your location, it's at the bottom of the drop down list. Do not put your city in, postcode, country or location. there seems to be a bug in it. i put the code through some tests on my web design programmes and saw exactly where the bug was. I have messaged the guys who made the room, so hopefully they will fix it soon.
So please try using firefox and drop as much detail as possible and maybe try another email account. It is possible as another guy managed to make an account at the same time.
