Hi Everyone,

My name is Nikki and I am a single mother of two beautiful children age 13 and 21 months. I am also deaf with good speech, I can lipread and use sign language.

I am looking for spiritual friends as have been through a difficult journey through life and need to put all of that behind me, I am a caring and loving person and love to hlep any one through good or bad times and hopefully have some fun, giggles and laughter!!!

Hello everyone!!...
..I just wanted to say I'm glad to have found a good chatroom where the atmosphere is warm and the conversation is uplifting...as I have ststed in my profile, I'm just a guy who is in to the mysteries of the bible, and enjoy conversation centered around scripture and find all spiritual topics stimulating. I recently have been turned onto ancient Sumerian text dealing with "The Annunaki" (sumerian 'gods'/scientist/astronauts) that were on the scene many, many years ago...hoping to hook up with someone with more information on this subject. (if anyone has more info..contact me by email) Also, as of late..I've been turned onto "Melchizedek"...High Priest mentioned briefly in The Old Testament/Psalms?New Testament....thanks to Leon..lol!...anyway..glad to have become a member....and look forward to chatting it up in the room!!

Anyone who has spoken to me will know that I am eager to learn, love to listen, try to help and advise, and have delved into a number of different topics, so can very often give a unique perspective on things . I talk and think faster than I can type - which can make the results rather confusing and comical ;D - but my heart is in the right place! I am very good at saying goodbye to people 2 seconds after they have left the chat room - so I am trying to learn to type faster! This is my second attempt as my first post seemed to just disappeared.

I have had a good look round this site and it seems great. I have also been in the chat room a couple of times and would like to say thankyou for the warm welcome I had there.

I am 42 and live in Mid Wales. I have become involved more actively in spiritualism during the last three years but I think it has always been there as it has answered many questions for me.
I help run a spiritualist church in Barmouth and am the booking secretary. I am trying to develop my spiritual gifts and welcome any help or guidance along my path. I enjoy the angel and faery cards but am relatively new at it so need lots of practice.

I am interested in making new friends. I have some friends round here but not many who are interested in spiritualism.

If you want to make friends where I live... well it's not so difficult - head for the Friends Meeting House St Helens Street Derby on Weds nights for 7.30 start - first door on left and you'll find a group of sorts. Actually they meet on a social level as well as a spiritual level, menaing that they go on to the pub locally for a chat after the meetings are over.

Not everyone does, so don't think one has to; it's just that now the pubs are smokeless the one they carry on to is just a little more of an informal setting for ongoing conversations.

The group is called Horizons and you are assured a welcome.
