Another soul, who had so much to give, has sadly left,

a star was born,
to those untold,
as yet unknown.

passion followed,
the words just flowed,
Accompanying music,
the artistic soul.

lights shone brightly,
the stage was set,
theatrical entertainer,
musician and wordsmith,

fame and fortune,
turned him not, 
his inner joy,
is what we got




lights switched off,
curtains drawn,  
the show is over,
the music lives on.

Silently leaving,
Without a fuss,
No audience, no fanfare,
And no applause.
