There are a few bugs in the system with regard to reading profile notifications about posts on the forum. I have just checked the editing facility and it would seem this is also affected. I was not aware of this, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. The options appear for a few seconds and then disappear.
These problems are outside of our control as they are down to proboards who host the forum. But, we are going to be moving forums shortly, and will be hosting the forum ourselves. Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.
